@SkyHelpTeam I did answer the security question and they said sorry I was having trouble logging on but my account has now been unlocked and to log on and reset my password and another email would be sent to a secondary account, well did that and nothing and no email in my other account

@SkyUK when your fibre router is sending out poor speeds, how often do I have to call you to go over the same fault finding issues, follow the same procedures that confirm that the WiFi from your box is unreliable and often very poor? All I want is it fixed.
