Worst internet EVER @TalkTalk @TALKTALKGROUP spends more time down then up I’ve never known ANYTHING like this ever. You should literally be ashamed of yourself to call yourself an internet provider. The only thing you provide is frustration and misery.

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

@tytheevillan @TalkTalk I used to try multiple contacts: twitter/phone/email. But it was like one big merry go round. It got escalated higher and higher and still never resolved. Gave up and went elsewhere. But the service was just abysmal.

Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

@iraa_pappa @TalkTalk Same for us. 42 in queue, going down to 36 in queue over 45 mins. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? We want to leave!

@TalkTalk why is it that I try to cancel a contract with you for bereavement you don’t and still expect a contract to last for 30 more days when no one is at the address and state it can only happen with the policy holder. Think about why I can’t do this?!

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk I use Zen Internet and never had an issue with them, good customer service. Not the cheapest BUT it's a UK call centre. I have started to use companies that only have UK call centres also use Octopus Energy and best customer services going in that sector.

@TalkTalk Broadband down in South Wales. Had this happen about 6 weeks ago and took 2 weeks to come back up. They blamed Openreach but that was bs. Avoid anyone using Vodaphone network. I hear BT/EE are good.
