Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
