So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

Ive been ignored & left abandoned by a member of staff via online messenger service mid taking my internet connections apart to fix the internet at 5pm yesterday. I was emailed to call customer service but the lines closed. #help

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

Don't wait a week waiting for an engineer..buy a cheap router from argos, connect it, if it works - change provider to get a better service & router, return cheap router or keep as spare...you're welcome!
