Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.

Burridge Les (@BurridgeLes12) reported@TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.
