    @emmatown4 @TalkTalk Thanks so much! I’m so upset about having no broadband whilst I’m ill. They didn’t need to come in to change it to not working so I can’t see why they won’t revert it back. Think I might change my internet supplier now after being a loyal customer for so long!

    Argh no broadband for 10 days. I was upgrading @TalkTalk to fibre but cos my bathroom took so long I had to cancel engineer appointment. Made it home today to no broadband and cos I have just found out I have covid I can’t get an engineer in.

    @TalkTalk Everyone on TalkTalk in my postcode of BA3 has no internet. So it’s not just me. It’s a huge problem with your service here so no point me messaging you. Just hope it gets fixed soon!!!

    @TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

    @TalkTalk I am very aware that, being legally stuck at home, broadband use has massively increased. Having 2 children on separate Google classes whilst I take Zoom calls has really shown how inadequate the service is for current needs. I have no prob paying increase if it means improvement

    @TalkTalk Haha don't think that came across as cleverly as you think Joey. I was just asking if there was a plan to improve what even your people have agreed is a very poor service (not your fault, it needs an infrastructure update) so throwing T&C's at a customer isn't especially cool...

    Avoid @TalkTalk guys. Been a loyal customer for years. Come home from being away to find they have changed my broadband so I can’t connect to the internet and I have covid and they won’t revert it back to how it was working (which didn’t need an engineer coming near my home). 💩

    Dido Harding is in charge of the UK government’s “Track, Test, and Trace” service. She was the CEO of TalkTalk when they got hacked in 2015 and had no idea whether the customer data was encrypted. (Astonishingly, she has a degree in PPE - not the equipment one - from Oxford.)

    @TalkTalk Sat had 8......YES 8 mbs. No service at all on Sun and Wed. Mon was brill with around 140mbs. Tues was low 30's. Today started very poor but picked up last 2 hours. WHAT IS GOING ON??????????

    I swear @TalkTalk have the worst chat Ive ever experienced. everytime I go on to do the simplest thing it becomes a long winded frustrating assault course. enedless questions then 20 mins in they say: sorry we have to pass u to other dept. or what did u want to do again? Bonkers!

    @TalkTalk Currently on the phone to cancel the contract. Our 3 yr old grandson is trying to watch YouTube but keeps dropping out. I highly recommend EVERYBODY else does the same. WORST ever service.
