    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    TalkTalk broadband... always advertising with appetising prices, and price fixes, yet, almost everyone I know that has them always complains about how shit they are

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    talktalk says thank you to the ones that keep us talking which is ironic given that you need a consistently functioning broadband connection to keep in touch. ive never had talktalk, but ive heard bad things about them #BritainGetTalking

    @TalkTalk I take it as per usual you won't have the channel Sky Crime that launches on Tuesday. Another reason to cancel and go solely with Now TV or back to Sky itself.

    Lost @TalkTalk internet service last Weds so reported it online using my mobile hotspot. Heard nothing so I contacted them today. They couldn't resolve the problem so are charging me £50 to send an engineer to check out my set-up. I've noted in my diary when my contract expires.

    @idk1727744 @TalkTalk Not joking. This is a big outage. They are trying to set up something temporary while they fix the main cable, but even that is proving difficult and time consuming.

    @TalkTalk UPDATE: I've seen and spoken to the engineers working on the problem. This isn't a quick fix and will be down for quite some time, possibly several more days. They've been digging the roads up all night trying to find and fix a main fibre cable that's going to the exchange.
