Neil M (@MoochyWoochyWoo) reported from Blackfield, EnglandGreat deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!
-
Joanna Quade (@jejquade) reported from Fareham, England@TalkTalk I take it as per usual you won't have the channel Sky Crime that launches on Tuesday. Another reason to cancel and go solely with Now TV or back to Sky itself.

Deelo (@DeeloOfficial) reported@TalkTalkBiz Hi, I’m a Utility Warehouse broadband customer. Since switching from Vodafone, my PS5 has had severe online gaming lag. Could this be due to latency or routing on the TalkTalk Wholesale network? Any advice would be appreciated.
-
Darren Jenkins (@Villa51Darren) reported@TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!
-
Agent PBA (@butchermatt) reported@TalkTalk Wow! Really! The worst company I've dealt with in decades! The customer service people call quoting from some rules and procedures book but don't actually listen to what you are saying to them! Useless.
-
Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!
-

Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reportedHey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.
-
X_The_Andy_X (@X_The_Andy_X) reported@paulivory1963 @TalkTalk do yourself a favour @paulivory1963 and leave them, they are and always have been a terrible terrible provider. they double billed me for 6 months and i t took 9 months of legal letters to get it paid back
-
Hanworth Barn Self-catering, Cromer (@Hanworth_barn) reported@TalkTalk Abysmal service. Avoid at all costs. Email down and mailboxes cleared since last week but no interest in helping me recover.
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@petergrant076 @TalkTalk @Ofcom They appear to be going bust. They are desperate not to issue refunds, or make goodwill payments if they can possibly avoid it. They've even dropped their X based support to save costs.
