Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

@TalkTalk when I told you my Internet connection wasn't working, twice the customer service corrected me to let me know that I was wrong and it was working. Now that I've switched to #BTinternet since 19th March it's impossible to terminate my account. Hopeless!

@TalkTalk Internet was ment to be connected on the 26th.. old one has been cut off, as you tell them the date to cancel it.. to then tell me there's a problem and first.. it'll be 24 hours... it connected just after that.. then it goes off again.. and not even an email informing.

Apparently a @TalkTalk number they know it's a scam line but haven't taken it down 🤔 01159338000 calls on a landline and asks you to select 1 or 9 , calls repeatedly.......had 3x already in last 10mins @Ofcom
