Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

@TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

@TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

@TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

@TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasn’t a surprise.

@TalkTalk Put through to an internal numbers. Told to ‘hang on for 2/3 days by which time THEY will send someone out to fix THEIR fault’. I have even explained that I have a vulnerable disabled adult due to be at the property tonight from 5/6 who depends on internet access

@TalkTalk So I am just making sure EVERYONE knows that TalkTalk feel it is acceptable to take 5-10 working DAYS to repair an internet fault. They have not even issued a work order to correct my issue. Do not use them.
