    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all itโ€™s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    @TalkTalk Why so no one can see how inefficient the company is. My husband is still holding on the line. Broadband is down in Milton Keynes especially in MK42EP and has been all night

    @TalkTalk saw on Rogue traders @TalkTalk came joint last for customer service. Trying to sort out my parents broadband today. 5 hours on the phone being passed around and absolutely nothing achieved. At least it wasnโ€™t a surprise.

    @TalkTalk no internet for 5 days. Keep saying router is broken. 2 new router boxes later still no internet. Openreach engineer booked to visit today, called to say to busy to visit. Does anyone at talk talk care about there customer. Have no idea when we will have internet.

    @TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer โ€œserviceโ€ managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently youโ€™re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

    You know what's a little bit ironic. Trying to listen to a @talktalk advert boasting about having amazing internet on the radio as it cuts in and out due to . . . poor internet. P.S.A. Never pick Talk Talk. Pay a couple of quid more. Trust me.

    Another day wasted thanks to @TalkTalk and their potato internet! So far 3 going on 4 months of continuous bad broadband and every time I speak to them they can't help!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Very poor customer experience yet again. Can't speak to any managers about my ongoing complaint. Excuses include: manager can't use my headset & there is a call booked for your tomorrow, so wait for them to call you.....hello, I'm on the phone to you.....

    Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre canโ€™t seem to communicate. Iโ€™ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

    @TalkTalk I MADE AN ACCOUNT YESTERDAY AND WANT TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE 13 more days to cancel it AND YOUR CALLS CENTER AND LIVE CHAT ARE CLOSED! CANT bump me , cancel that account right away

    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have โ€œno modemsโ€ in stock so they canโ€™t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is closed? Said open at 9am, was closed yesterday at 8pm when supposed to be open till 9. I have no internet

    Has anyone else got through to @talktalk ? as I found it so hard to Talktalk with them that after 3 hours I just gave up - and I have been a customer for 4 years or more โ€ฆ.and I tried every which way, believe me !

    For the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

    @TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer canโ€™t come until next week. Sheโ€™s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so canโ€™t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?
