This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

Connection to the router is fine, but not the router to the internet. Not essential now as I’m about to go to bed, but kinda essential in 8 hours when I start work

I tried reporting this but a 30 plus mins complex process, why can't I simply report it, you check my account to see how long I've had router & issue a new one?
