It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.
