No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Alex Williams (@AlexDWilliams) reported from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales@TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.
