No Internet, TV or phone line until 5/10. 3 hours spent speaking to you yesterday with no positive outcome. Terrible custom service, disconnected x3 & unable to get hold of the complaints dept 🤔. Very poor!!

Still no service, daily phone calls & online chats & still no refund of £358 that they owe me. Absolute nightmare!! Shame on you Talk Talk. If you are thinking of using Talk Talk.... DON'T DO IT!!

This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

When I do inevitably call back I'm told you're closed. I'm disabled and need my Internet connection to be safe.

Can you fix that?

Richard Cook (@cookywook) reported@TalkTalk I eventually got through on the phone and you’re charging me £134 to cancel my service because I only had the option to sign up for another 18 month contract when I moved six months ago.
