    @TalkTalk I raised a fault on our line on 08/06, "This fault is still in progress. We are working to get this resolved for you". It said an Engineer didn't need to come to the house but one did (twice) when we were in work. No one back since. Signal dropping constantly.

    Is anyone having issues with @Talktalk. My fibre broadband speeds drop to about 10meg at 9pm every night. This has been going on for over a month and can't get talktalk to sort it. Just woundering if anyone else is having similar problems. Talktalk are completely useless

    @TalkTalk I would welcome a call ASAP. I've cancelled my contract with you but have been charged for a router that never worked! I returned router and have proof of delivery on 15 August yet still today I'm being told that the router has yet to be received 😡

    @TalkTalk worst customer service I’ve witnessed with the misses. Hold for 20 minutes Silent Hold with agents. Checkout option to claim free £5 not appear while renting movie. Got charged and they still don’t understand the English behind the problem 4 departments went through.

    Feeling the still the same, sky broadband isn't as good as they say.. totally gutted I moved from @TalkTalk .. surely I would get the same service as it's the same line . Xx

    Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at @TalkTalk It's very difficult, then when you do get through, they're just doing heavy breathing down the phone and telling you they don't understand.

    @HannahLewin12 @TalkTalk There is a cell tower down in Ton-Teg Cf38 we don’t have any phone signal in our area, might not have anything to do with your issue though.

    @TalkTalk Don't get me wrong. Agents were all very friendly. But out of 1hour 23minutes that I was on the phone I probably spoke to a real person for 7 minutes. Absolutely drained and still no solution to my problem.😢The on hold music might give me nightmares...

    @TalkTalk Yes i was, so instead of calling me (as suggested) stupid, do you not think it would have been more appropriate to check with me (in case she’d selected the wrong socket on her end) or continue with other tests, because as you say, “Some” but not ALL have a test socket?

    @TalkTalk Thanks. My contract is until May, when my price will go up to full. I am not sure either way, but Virgin is tempting just because their network can offer higher speeds than you (and, to be fair, everyone else).

    @TalkTalk I already did the online service status test. Because our wifi is still not working. An engineer has been scheduled. But I’m still quite annoyed by this. I have video calls all weekend and have no working internet. Again.
