    @TalkTalk If you can look at the Twitter chain and the message this is not something you can help with. I will be writing to your regulator as that is not an acceptable response to a complaint letter for leaving a vulnerable person without a service for 6 weeks.

    @TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

    @TalkTalk wins the prize for having the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. My vulnerable mum moved a month ago & still has no telephone or broadband service. Hours of attempting to contact this company with no progress.

    @pompeyhedge @TalkTalk @VirginMediaCorp I have 0 issue with non UK based support, usually very polite people wherever theyre based. Honestly though there is little way they could be worse at Virgin after the last week ive been through. Wouldve been more productive for me to count rice grains instead.

    @TalkTalk Hi Harold , Thanks again for excellent customer care.For feedback to Talk Talk generally, it would have been better if the letter advising of upgrade said that you MUST change your router to a Fibre router unless you have one already. We didn’t realise we had to change router.
