@TalkTalk The manage Lisa King was unhelpful as didn’t have any awareness of my case , when I then explained my case she still seemed unaware as, this was displayed in her response ie, said I didn’t report the lost of service .

@TalkTalk I said I have emailed customer service with my complaint and have not received any response needed. When I rang on the 24th of June I was informed that the situation had been resolved by whom I’m not too sure.

@TalkTalk Please can you explain to me why when you can't provide a service at my new property I am charged an exit fee after being advised I won't be? 3 different departments and chats all not able to take ownership of this! I was happy with your service till I had to leave!
