    @TalkTalk Just Received latest bill + £65 Openreach engineer charge. Engineer told me as the problem was with my Internal line, PLUS problem @ street cabinet & telephone exchange I wouldn't be charged. Why should I pay full amount if probs with O.R equipment?

    @TalkTalk Dreadful customer service this morning - asked to call you back within 48 hrs. Sat on phone to contact you for an hour - advised to use Live Chat - your Live Chat service is WAY below par. Same tired old script your poor employees have to use.. NO HELP AT ALL

    @TalkTalk When are you going to get my elderly mother’s , who lives alone, landline repaired? It’s been out of action for over two weeks now. Her emergency responder lanyard doesn’t function because it relies on the landline. Totally unacceptable and appalling customer service. 😡
