@13sarahmurphy @NHSEngland She failed spectacularly at her previous job at Talktalk as well. Harding is the person to make it fail. The line from the Tories over the next 5 years is going to be, "we've tried to save the NHS, but it's way too difficult... we need to privatise it to save it"

@TalkTalk I appreciate that - I work for the NHS so I know how tough things have been. My issue is why we are told specifically that prices will not increase. It seems deceptive to me. I would prefer things to be upfront and honest.

Going to try and carry on playing it now , the Internet crashed when I replied to someone shout out to @TalkTalk for terrible unreliable service which I can't sort out because it's in my landlords name etc

@virginmedia Whenever i've worked with @TalkTalk or @bt_uk they went above and beyond when the mistake was on their end opposed to making the customer suffer.
