    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk after spending over 2 hours going through basic remedial solutions eg do I have a microfilter with your online chat, it highlights @TalkTalk s ineptitude to resolve problems. Multiple engineer visits previously highlights the issue is 150meters from my house, I give in

    @j0nch0i @TalkTalk you are not alone, we have been on the phone over a week with no internet they are fobbing us off everyday there is not one person to speak to who can help with diagnostics, it is unbelievable.

    @TalkTalk terrible service from you customer service teams and technical team. Internet down for 6 hours and no update or responses to see what is happening and what is being done to resolve the issue. Very poor service and terrible staffing. Taken 7 attempts to get an update.
