    @adamthomas21 @TalkTalk Talk Talk are shut. I sill never have anymore to do with them and tbeir customer service live chat is awful.

    @TalkTalk can someone please give me a number I can call to speak to someone? Phoned there and just got automated text service. I’ve been speaking to online chat 3 times now and issue with wifi hasn’t been resolved. Would really just like to TalkTalk to someone. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk no Internet for 24hrs, flashing red light on the router, switched on/off, hit reset, nothing. Your online help is terrible and directs me to contact your team but doesn't even put me in a queue & just says you're too busy & to try again later. What do I do now? Help!

    @TalkTalk Happy Friday. After 3 week I had your service install I have no internet at all. How many problems there line had in 3 week. Awful start...

    @TalkTalk Right I’ve purchased a TP LINK ARCHER VR600 modem/router as my original modem was 10 Yrs old stopped working am. It asks for an internet service user name and password . Your live chat won’t give it to me been at This 6hrs. Lost business help

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk might as well send their customers carrier pigeons, christ knows they will be more reliable than their broadband and their joke of a Customer Services department. Take this as a warning, if you aren't with TalkTalk then stay like that.
