@TalkTalk I keep getting messages in my emails asking "Correct credentials needed" for my email address and inviting me to 'sign in'. Do you have any knowledge of this? Is it a scam? Is it genuine? I'm suspicious.

@smjyates @TalkTalk Good luck! when I eventually got through to someone on the phone they told me that all the dates they’d emailed out to customers for their installation dates were in correct. And that it was my problem to make it work for the installation tomorrow…

@TalkTalk A case manager finally phoned today. 13 days later and we're finally getting a new router. By the time it arrives it'll be 16 days without your WiFi. Awful, shocking service.

@TalkTalk just received email with my bill for October been overcharged by £16 this month for calls package which should be included in my contract tried the usual chat and phone routes to try and get help but both services are appalling how do I get any help with this issue
