  @TalkTalk after 3 different calls and a total of 6 hrs speaking to various departments (technical, loyalty, transfer, sales and customer care). I was finally told that transferring my broadband (already provided by TalkTalk) from one phone line to another would take 8 days to do.

  @TalkTalk Any idea of a timescale on this being sorted please? My elderly parents are shielding and their internet/phone (which has been down all day) is literally their lifeline right now. They called you earlier and you said there was no issue with the service then posted this message?
