Told on Sunday 6/3 router order hadn't been submitted! Still no confirmation of being sent for delivery. Service terrible.

I've had this issue before and it was the router on both occasions, so I would request a new router ASAP, I found the talktalk online forum helpful, with people who are not associated with talktalk so it's impartial.

Joseph Peter (@shef_joe) reported@TalkTalk Just got off a 1 hour 40 minute phone call with no resolution. Huge disruption as Wife works from home. She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.

Aidan Agnew (@toppark10) reported@TalkTalk I have been let down on numerous occasions by Talktalk promising to call me re my complaint. This has been going on for weeks now. Why do Talktalk break their promise all the time. I will continue to call until my complaint is dealt with.
