    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk after months of complaining you give me £50 to shut me up, I try to claim it but you've charged me £12.50 for a late payment of £0 and my account is supposed to be closed, clowns just clowns. I have a complaint ref: ET-189965 if anyone fancies trying to sort this mess

    @TalkTalk If you’re open until 10pm, why did your agent hang up my chat at 9pm? Trying to resolve an issue on behalf of my elderly mother who is vulnerable, has Alzheimer’s and currently no phone line - utter disgrace 🤬🤬

    My internet is on my last nerve. I mean, unlike yesterday it’s technically working. By dial up standards. @TalkTalk sort it out! I don’t get a discount based on how many days it’s not working or hardly working! And yes, I’ve reset my router. Hard reset.

    @TalkTalk please will you DM me? My 85 year old mother has no phone connection and has tried for a month to get help. There seems to be a script staff are using but it's hopeless & getting her nowhere. Help please.

    @M0GIW @TalkTalk I gave up on them and switched. Absolutely terrible. Ask for the retention team… that’s the only bit that seems to have any power.
