    @TalkTalk Hi, we have internet issues in Barnard Castle currently... Had issues since yesterday (Friday) AM with barely any bandwidth - can't even open a simple Web page (text eventually loads, no pictures). Can you help please? We've tried restart etc, phone line works.

    @talktalk are total rubbish! Might as well not even have any Internet! Tried to play Titanfall 2... too much lag... Foriza Horizons, just enough connection to get somewhere... and then it cuts out, so you lose progress! **** it, I'd pay extra to just LEAVE these guys!

    @TalkTalk you're a communications company, communicate! Trying to get customer service, is like trying to get the truth from Matt Hancock! I need an engineer not a text message! I work from home for the NHS and my internet isnt working. Please contact me asap!
