TalkTalk have repeatedly failed to honour their promise to call me back, I'm thoroughly fed up with the unreliable company and their atrocious customer service. I would move but am forced to stay for the moment for complex business reasons, but I will take them to the Ombudsman.

@TalkTalk I think, I may have fixed the issue. We sometimes get power cuts and the hub and the adapters go a bit funny. I think we might have had a very very short power cut and not realised. I reset everything and added each extender and adapter back onto the network. It seems stable now

I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.
