@TalkTalk Nah, done that multiple times and you never help. Here's how it would go, I'll send you the details, you'll run a diagnostic check, tell me there's a problem (which I already know) and that I must contact your customer service team via phone. And repeat. You're useless.

@deepblue1990 It is, but I’ve already claimed the 3 free months with it being below minimum. It’s also the 3rd service provider I’ve tried (Sky, but tried BT & TalkTalk) and all have given the same speeds

Dear @TalkTalk, ten days and two engineers later, our Wi-Fi is still down. That’s ten days that could’ve been shortened if the first engineer hadn’t left us with the wrong conclusion and wrong solution. Ten days is a long time in the Wi-Fi Age. Some help? Soon? Please. #TalkTalk
