@CTSI_UK @TalkTalk Why do you wait a full 20 days with no correspondence after my service has ENDED, a month after I cancelled, to send me a return envelope for my old router and tell me I have to pay £50 if I don't return it. Not think you should have mentioned it sooner?

So I left @TalkTalk as the service was awful. **** tv/ internet and they still tried charging me outstanding payments for the service they didnt supply Now they've sent a debt recovery letter to get money. If anyone is looking for internet or tv AVOID this shambles of a company

never ever join #TalkTalk they are thefts I was originally set up with @TalkTalk I tried everything to cancel my Internet with them got a bill from them today saying I owe £39 I am with @ThreeUK it's impossible to contact talk talk unless they want money from you

@TalkTalk one of the worst services I have ever used. Customer service call handlers can't speak English so it is very very hard to understand them. I would recommend that anyone looking for internet to avoid talk talk. Anyone that signs up with talk talk comes to regret it.
