@TalkTalk Thanks for your reply, but TT have checked my line several times and told me there is no issues, but we are still experiencing intermittent internet 7 days in a row. It was particularly bad this morning around 07.20!!

@TalkTalk 75 year old woman without phone or broadband. No mobile. How does she contact you. Been off 3 days. I tried live chat but busy, I can't call out. I tried fb but no response in 3 hours. Very poor!

@TalkTalk what is going on? Internet cutting out or slow for 2 days now. If you find it that hard to fix a problem at least communicate with your customers rather than sending automated generic messages. Is your HQ on fire or something?
