@TalkTalk Thanks for your reply. I am trying to help my Dad, who is a talktalk broadband customer. The issue is that I want to help him remotely with IT via teamviewer, but it is blocked by talktalk via the Homesafe thing. So he phoned talktalk up and asked them to turn Homesafe off.

@TalkTalk But you wouldnt do it over the phone. They said they would send him an email but they havent done this. Hs isnt very good with computers. I need to be able to help him with it but I cant physically be there.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've been having an issue lately. In the early hours of the morning, my WiFi becomes unavailable. Doesn't show on any devices. Ethernet is fine, can access router where wifi shows as also fine, but I cannot connect to my own wifi from two feet away.
