@TalkTalk #complaint #badservice 8 months of hassle, Over 8 hours spent on the phone! Been told 4 times it was fixed! 3 complaints completely ignored and now having a default put on my credit file for not paying talk talk for broadband that I have with BT!

The worst internet provider in the uk @TalkTalk. A whole week with no wifi because they can’t send an engineer out. Virgin would’ve sent someone out the same day. Absolutely pathetic! Can’t wait for this contract to be over.

Disgusting customer service from @TalkTalk - left without internet for a whole day, organised for an engineer to come and fix, internet then switched itself back on - unfortunately, as issue resolved itself after the cut-off time to cancel appointment, I'm being charged £65!
