@TalkTalk @tokkamr Yes, but that DOES NOT TRACK THE PROGRESS; it just says that the engineers are working on it. Tracking progress should give details of what they are doing, what faults have been found, what and how long the expected fix is......

Trying to deal with @TalkTalk customer service is like climbing the tallest mountain wearing stiletto shoes while avalanches of porridge and treacle rain down on my head. It’s appalling 🤯🤬😤
