@JolyonMaugham Dido doesn’t have a good track record when it comes to maintaining IT systems… the TalkTalk data breach when she was CEO they got hacked and details stolen then she claimed they where “not legally required" to encrypt customer data. People trusted them to keep their data safe.

@TalkTalk I suggest you read the entire thread first, and then YOU dm ME. Although, I am now looking for another provider because quite frankly, putting the phone down on a customer that is making a complaint isn't the behaviour that I expect from any service provider.
