    @adamthomas21 @TalkTalk Talk Talk are shut. I sill never have anymore to do with them and tbeir customer service live chat is awful.

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    Hi @TalkTalk . I moved house and ordered future fibre. Go live date was 7/3 but have not received router. Have spent >6 hours on helplines in last 3 weeks. Told on Sunday 6/3 router order hadn't been submitted! Still no confirmation of being sent for delivery. Service terrible.

    @MyRxndomLife Have they sent or are sending out an engineer? I've had this issue before and it was the router on both occasions, so I would request a new router ASAP, I found the talktalk online forum helpful, with people who are not associated with talktalk so it's impartial.

    @TalkTalk Just got off a 1 hour 40 minute phone call with no resolution. Huge disruption as Wife works from home. She's pregnant and has had to go to the office to get internet to do her job. Increased Covid risk and extra travel costs. Compensation offered has been derisory.

    @EE I (and neighbours) have tried multiple broadband providers including EE, VF, TalkTalk .. all are shockingly poor due to old copper infrastructure that OpenReach seem incapable of updating. 5g is my only hope. So .. when? DM me and I will provide my location

    @TalkTalk Can someone call me because what is happening to me and the service im getting is unacceptable I work from home and spoke to you guys and my service has now stopped you keep me on the phone for over an hour and then hang up x7 times now @Earl_67 #poorcustomerservice 😡😡😡

    @Domogibo @TalkTalk I’m currently chatting with them now hopefully it’ll get sorted as I need my internet for work, gonna switch to BT after it’s sorted. Had too many problems the last 12 months!

    @TalkTalk I have been let down on numerous occasions by Talktalk promising to call me re my complaint. This has been going on for weeks now. Why do Talktalk break their promise all the time. I will continue to call until my complaint is dealt with.
