@alanjenkins96 Een getting calls off of an 0800 number cloned from @TalkTalk all this week. Checked on Google, apparently they tell you my service it about to be cut off.............unless I confirm the details I gave the REAL TalkTalk. Always check folks. 👍

@TalkTalk hey I’ve called twice now about a month apart to re-request a returns bag for my router and both times promised it would arrived within 3-5 and still have received either. Is there another way to return so this can be sorted? Haven’t been a customer now since 15th Feb.

@TalkTalk ever since moving to your service the other day from @BT I've had nothing but trouble from what is supposed to be a faster speed WiFi compared to what I had. The TV lags when watching a film and phones lag when on social media and YouTube etc! Please can you help.

@TalkTalk so having spent almost 4hrs talking to a cus serv person yesterday re my new router and intermittent drop out I just get left hanging with no resolution at 10pm cos you've closed down. No response to my message asking for a response this morning. Disappointing.

@TalkTalk hello! We’ve had our broadband cut off despite cancelling a house move request. Yesterday your staff denied for two hours that the issue was anything to do with this, today they’ve admitted it was. We have no internet and we need it to work from home.
