@TalkTalk I'll have a try in a little while & let you know if there's a problem after. It's a bit of a pain to get to at the moment; as without internet I decided to move some furniture around the whole flat & clean behind stuff & haven't quite finished those tasks. Whoops.

@TalkTalk Why send messages when we have spoke on the phone numerous times, your engineer has been out and he phoned his supervisor because he couldn't tune in the box so I am sure it can't be done by sending you a message. We were promised a new set top box so where is it? Poor service.

@TalkTalk Internet was mostly down for several days. I tried online chat on the second day & was 'transferred' to another team; no one ever picked up the conversation. Yesterday I tried again & we've used the test socket. After a few hours internet service came back & seems ok-ish now.

@TalkTalk Hello. The service in Windsor has been terrible the past couple of days, web access cutting off regularly. Are there issues in SL4? If so, grateful if this could be sorted out ASAP, as we need this connection to be functioning in order to work. Thank you.

@TalkTalk if you put up your prices, I would expect a service to reflect this. A service that is functional and actually works as described, which it does not. Is this a breach of contract on your part?
