-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.
-
Lauren Fitzgerald (@Lauren_1708) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.
-

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

tunavomit (@tunavomit1) reported@TalkTalk why doesn't your website ever load, I'm just trying to change my broadband to you and it's been months now, it makes me think you're bad at this maybe I shouldn't be trying.
-
Lozzs hide away (@lozzshideaway) reported@TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is only blinking orange since 10 o’clock last night and it won’t change to white and I can’t access the account because it’s my mum’s name and she’s at work any help
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Dave G (@GwytherDavid) reported@TalkTalk elderly parents service cut off on 29/4. They did not request this. You admitted fault. signed up again. Phoned today and was told order did not go through? New connection date 18/5. This is absolutely shocking. Please help.
-

-
Martin Law (@Martin_Law) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk Luckily I use my AOL email address from 25 years ago. AOL never charged me a penny. Disgraceful
-
Einstein (@Einsteinbk285) reported@TalkTalk If it’s not sorted today, I will. I shouldn’t have to make umpteen phone calls and demand to speak to managers to sort this though. I mentioned it on here because people need to know that your customer service is poor.
