    @TalkTalk 2 a shoutout as that was superb service. Never had an issue with talktalk, been a customer for years. I cant comment on facebook as no comment option available to me

    @Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Go elsewhere. I did after they were hacked for data and I have been pestered by foreign call centres ever since. Unreliable signal.

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

    @TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?

    @TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

    @TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

    @TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

    @TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

    Really @TalkTalk you are the pits. Earlier this year my 90 year old dad was left without service for nearly 2 weeks. Your pathetic overseas call centre kept fobbing him off and making him jump through hoops until they finally got Openreach to do something about it...

    @SpiderofSwords @TalkTalk Also it's been admitted to me today by a manager that there is an internal issue with them applying the 3 months free after being lied to by an agent. Also tried to make it impossible resolve. Finally got shot of them today with no cancellation fee. Do not use them at any cost

    @SpiderofSwords Sorry to hear! Apart from being sent a broken router, my experience with TalkTalk has actually been very good. Was with Sky before but connection kept dropping, up to 20x a day. After I switched to TalkTalk that stopped straight away, even though I kept using the same router.

    @TalkTalk My husband has escalated this to the Complaints team & receives calls from them, but the Openreach system is not being updated. Why can you not speak to Openreach directly rather than waiting for them to send an update? All we want is to receive the service we were promised!!
