-
Connor Kinch (@ConnorKinch) reported from Canvey Island, England@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup You should lower your prices considering how goddamn often your connections go bad, it's like every 3 days :/
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.
-
Jess Garty (@JessicaGarty) reported from Woodham Ferrers, England@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.
-
Tracey Harper 💙 (@Tracey_Harper) reported from South Woodham Ferrers, England@TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.
-
Wayne Hunt (@WHunt2002) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@TalkTalk absolutely disgusted that a complaint has been closed without my knowledge. Also have been on the phone still no resolution.
-
S.Raja (@rajabds) reported from Rochester, England@TalkTalk customer service abismal as usual !!!!😤
-
Lauren Fitzgerald (@Lauren_1708) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?
-
Pam Gayford (@PamGayford) reported from Billericay, England@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x
-
WestHamBoogers (@BoogersWestHam) reported from Basildon, England@TalkTalk 2 a shoutout as that was superb service. Never had an issue with talktalk, been a customer for years. I cant comment on facebook as no comment option available to me
-
Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38
-
Stop the world, I want to get off. (@Rainnie2011) reported from Canvey Island, EnglandSuch terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. As if that wasn't bad enough complaints team meant to have called me by 2pm and nothing. Seriously had enough now. Got no phone line and 2 disabled people in house. #talktalk #notabletotalktalk
-
Lauren Fitzgerald (@Lauren_1708) reported from Southend-on-Sea, England@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.
-
H (@henerrrrs) reported from Basildon, England@TalkTalk honestly, the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. My problem still isn’t sorted
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.
-
Julia Taylor (@Julia_Montague) reported from Rayleigh, England@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Go elsewhere. I did after they were hacked for data and I have been pestered by foreign call centres ever since. Unreliable signal.
-
S.Raja (@rajabds) reported from Gillingham, England@TalkTalkTV been chatting to who ever afternoon needing a plug and talktalk assistant is asking the most stupid questions ...all I need is a plug ... no wonder your customer service is the one of the worst ones !!!
-
A1_Gnarly_Dude (@A1_Gnarly_Dude) reported from Cliffe, England@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!
-
adrian plummer (@adrianplummer5) reported from Billericay, England@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!
-
Cliff Masterson (@cliffmasterson) reported from Higham, EnglandHaving a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.
TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Dr Prakash Nayak (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported@TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts, got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy
-
Einstein (@Einsteinbk285) reported@TalkTalk If it’s not sorted today, I will. I shouldn’t have to make umpteen phone calls and demand to speak to managers to sort this though. I mentioned it on here because people need to know that your customer service is poor.
-
Finiasfinn (@Finias) reported@glomaydew @TalkTalk Couldnt agree more. Worst service possible
-
Daisy cliff 🐄 (@cowfaceDaisy) reportedBest customer service Iv ever come across is talktalk @talktalk
-
Danny Alessandrelli (@DannyA2103) reported@TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly
-
Charlotte Bridge (@CharlotteBttlw) reported@TalkTalk Hi Sindy, Thanks so much. I got through to your team via text and they did a few tests and seemed to fix something and after one final reboot the light is no longer flashing red and WiFi is connected again. Have a lovely day.
-
Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported@TalkTalk I know because I've been told exactly that by your team and I never said I was frustrated? So I'm not sure why you assumed that.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
-
Valley Girl (@FFWondeful) reported@talktalk my services were disconnected and your team is forcefully telling me to pay for it even though I explained to them respectfully the situation …bad customer service very rude agents .
-
JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk I will be adding my own Public Reviews on @TalkTalk and how disgraceful they are as a company to profit from Dead Customers. Your Management & Directors have no shame for Appauling Customer Services
