@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

@TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

@TalkTalk My WiFi is getting worse by the minute was told I to wait 48 for a call back and still nothing been 3 days I’m struggling to see how you are even a WiFi provider you don’t seem to be supply a service so that means you really shouldn’t be a company.

@TalkTalk You bunch of bastards! A month ago I updated my account to a lower amount. You have now sent me an emails saying it's gone UP £7 a month & your site has collapsed so I have no way of contacting you. Been with you years - VERY POOR FORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Ofcom @TalkTalk We could take out the @talktalk contract online in a few minutes. When we realised a process mistake we were forced to call them to cancel. Why? We were then caught in an awful series of calls before we achieved this.

Day 8 without Internet from @talktalk. Won't even reply to my messages on twitter. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid like the plague.
