@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

@TalkTalk Hey! I’ve scoured your help forums and troubleshooting guide for fixing my powerline adaptors but there’s no answer to one of them not connecting to the internet at all. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.

@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@TalkTalk Finally got through to someone on chat who apparently "fixed" my wifi problem. It is now worse than before! They insisted the line was the issue (when it is clearly the router that is the problem). Definitely switching now, I think.

@TalkTalk Can you provide an update on the ongoing broadband issues in Charvil, Berkshire. We've been having issues since last Monday. I have been informed that the fault is in the exchange box in Park Lane which is in OpenReach's remit. We can't seem to get anyone to acknowledge it!

@LadyHaywire @ConnemaraFarmer I had similar problem. Bought booster from Talktalk website, but it didn't say it would not work with business lines. I ended up rewiring and moving router into stairwell. That allowed signal through the building as walls avoided. So suggest check with provider first.
