@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

@TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

@TalkTalk I cancelled my contract, got no email to confirm, and i cannot log in to my account now, so i will go in and cancel the DD because talktalk have shut everything down, contract ends September 26th Surely I should still be able to enter my account to download statements
