@TalkTalk My fancy new fibre line stalls every evening without fail at 10.01 pm. It’s not the end of the world to me but the moaning from the wife is getting a little out of control when Line Dancing with Debbie McGee or whatever **** she watches stalls. Please help!

@TalkTalk Yes, the inability of my e-mail account to receive messages since the so-called "upgrade" at 10.00 on Friday. I have a pipex.dial account. Can you tell me when I will be able to retrieve my e-mail? And why have customers not been contacted about this prolonged outage?

@TalkTalk my wifi is awful it was good the first week or so now its unusable. I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

@TalkTalk Becky. This problem was first reported by affected dial.pipex users on the TalkTalk "Community website shortly after it started at 10.00 last Friday. I'm staggered that it has taken 50 hours for it to be made official. How will we be notified when service is restored?

@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

I'm posting my problems with TalkTalk to emphasise my point that the railway social media teams are ahead of not just other transport modes but other industries. The e-mail problem affecting me began at 10.00 on Friday. It finally appeared on the TalkTalk service site 45 min ago.

@TalkTalk When you provide pictures of the connection issues you’re having and are still told “it appears to be fine”. So customers are liars.. spent the whole weekend chatting on DM to be told to run yet another test. Disgraceful.

@karo_urb TalkTalk recently got forced to block Sci Hub through a court order by Elsevier/Springer Nature. It looks like other ISPs have followed suit to avoid legal trouble :( I can't access any domains normally but have no issues with an Ireland based VPN

@TalkTalk I will however, until this gets resolved I am going to have to go back into the office as I can not work from home. It feels wrong that a poor internet service could potentially be putting myself and my familys health at risk during these times.
