Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported@TalkTalk so the reason we had 3 BT engineer visits to fix our internet is because Talk Talk stopped the first 2 from switching over our port because we’d agreed to a contract with another ISP, so thought they could force us to take a new contract. Is that even legal?
