Dear Christ, @TalkTalk. What a **** show joining you as a customer has been. Engineers not showing. Not moving main service. GUARANTEEING a minimum speed of 100mbs, when I’m actually getting 3mbs!! Live chat doesn’t work. Wife has been on a call to you for almost two hours! ARGH!

@TalkTalk tried to upgrade my package for our new house. Your sales rep unlinked our email from our account by mistake and didnt fix it. We complained and then tried to leave. The next sales rep said that because of faff we didn't need to give notice and...
