Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

@TalkTalk you have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales team lied and the installation for Friday is now 15th Nov, the equipment which was to be delivered today is now ‘usually 1 to 3 days’ before installation. Just got cut off on call

@OpenreachHelp I have had my wifi installed yesterday with TalkTalk, but it continues to be unconnected. I’ve been told a technician will come to fix the issue, is there any way of speeding this along as I need home wifi for internet purposes and currently haven’t got access?
