Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

TalkTalk has unlimited Fibre 35 + Online Security for £5.25 per week, including line rental. Two or three households in theory, could share it. You will never match that with pay as you go mobile data

@TalkTalk should be ashamed of harassing someone for money when they cancelled before any service was delivered. Emails, text and post demanding money when I've cancelled by phone, online chat and email. Horrible behaviour.
