@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

@TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

@TalkTalk @ianfreeyork When I phoned up I was told that the planned work was nothing to do with this fault. The planned work didn't start until Monday and all of our internet connections went down at around 10.30pm on Saturday.
