Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

Bit frustrating!

Oussama Ayad (@o_ayad) reported@TalkTalk, I am very disappointed with the call I got with customer support. I want to cancel my subscription. When I called from abroad, I put in hold for 1h30 to be told to send an email. However I was not given the email to contact.
