    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk I do not appreciate talk talk putting add ons to my bill without informing me or asking me, after spending over 30mins on the phone to Paul in customer services he has assured me that I will be credited on my April bill, and the mistake rectified for the future, I hope

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk why are you suddenly charging me for 2 accounts, took 4 payments last month charging me 2 for this month now Owe me refunds but after over an hour of MY TIME on the phone I still dont have a refund!!! Your cust serv is awful.

    @culturedleftpeg @wrexham I'm on Vodafone for last 2 years now & before that 10 years with Talktalk. Picked on price (cheapest fibre package) & had no issues with either company. Okay Talktalk's customer service when I left wasn't great but they put their price up mid contract & had to allow me to go.

    @TalkTalk I spent over 8 hours been passed between departments & no one taking accountability and no one willing to help expedite my request. Also no seems sure if the router had actually been ordered. If other customers experience what I have it’s shocking you literally do not care.
