If you are ever tempted to go with @TalkTalk broadband, DO NOT DO IT. I have to reset the router twice a day (as per the ‘help’ instructions) and even then I’m lucky if it works. 1/10 customer service too.

@TalkTalk 1/2 Your service is bad. My elderly mother phone line is not working. I called the number 03451720088. Got to the automatic check. Said can't make or receive call but internet is ok. 2 minutes later get a SMS said the test on the broadband is completed and the connection is ok.
