    @TalkTalk not happy. Was told when I moved house that the £60 fee would be waived. Of course the customer service handler has made no record of this so I’ve been billed. Have already telephoned to try to sort out but told there’s nothing you can do. Extremely disappointed!

    Hi @TalkTalk is there an issue with broadband in HP20? My internet has gone down for 2-3 mins at roughly 5-10 minute intervals for the last hour and a half. Extremely annoying when I’m trying to work online 😒

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    Absolutely disgusting service from @TalkTalk on activating our account today. Now left with no broadband, tv or phone line until 18 October!!! Wish I never joined them and would recommend to anyone thinking of joining, not to do it!! #disgusting #notahappycustomer

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk what a bloody shambles . WiFi been down 4 days and still not rectified! Apparently problem was fixed 2 days ago but obviously it wasn't . Now it's been handed up to someone else so god knows what's going on. Oh and compensation? Pah!

    @TalkTalk why do you constantly lie to people. Laughing down the phone and putting it down, broken promises and another bill that was written off for the distress and loss of earning from 3 cancelled ( without my knowledge ) install dates and 10 hours on phone. #horrible

    @TalkTalk Dreadful service. Feb 21st supposed to have my broadband set up. Lads showed up, did 1/2 the installation took one look outside and immediatelly decided that they cant do it. Called every number I could find online and nobody knows anything just getting empty promises.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Despite several attempts to correct the error of your data input. I am unable to gain access to my account to pay my bills and cancel my contract. I have tried several times to email and call. But because the data you have on my account is incorrect .

    @TalkTalk You are a **** company I just want to cancel my package on the 28th march. It is due to end on that date anyway!! I do not want to stay purely because of this annoying experience. I will just be cancelling the direct debit instead.
