    @TalkTalk you are an disgrace I called today to complain my inlaws phone line has been down for three days, 3 days ago you promised to transfer their calls to their Mobile,today you promised the same and still it has not happened these are shielding and you have failed them again

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @JackieJ40969592 @TalkTalk We have done that after the cancellation period 21 days after that ee rang the cancellation number of talk talk but at end of November they was asking for the new bill of the full-fiber but no router was posted to us or any connection to the network.

    @Funkybwoy247 @TalkTalk Same problem, they haven't cancelled mine on the date they said. I just DM'd them this evening. They took me through security then at the end said call cancellations tomorrow morning. In other words get ready for more hell tomorrow. It's not a customer focused company
