@lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

@loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

@iscozzese @TalkTalk I'm not surprised. I haven't heard from complaint manager since Monday morning when he promised he would call me back with an update by end of day. I called Help desk and they said he's working on it and will call asap. Well he hasn't. No care for customer at all.

After years of low speeds @talktalk managed to get us up to a massive 20mbps a year or so ago. Since then is has steadily reduced to around 4-5mbps. We pay for 63mbps…Never seen those numbers.

Appalling set up service from @TalkTalk who advised broadband would be set up by Midnight on the 8th October. Still no internet and claiming the line is working despite this. Unable to login to any account area to check the status due to further technical faults.
