    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    @lynnescarfe @TalkTalk You should NEVER have an email address linked either to your internet provider OR to your phone provider. Their email is just a loss making add on. Use one of the big email companies like Google or Microsoft. Make sure you use 2FA on every account.

    @TalkTalk I get the weather has been bad but what am I actually paying for? My wifi cuts out basically every 20mins, I just end up using my data and sitting in silence on my days off....fun 🙃

    Absolutely appalled @TalkTalk been on the phone for an hour trying to cancel our contract. Been passed from department to department and when cancelling our contract suddenly they go dead on the phone… x3 times!! And fourth time called back they’re closed. Done with talk talk!

    @TalkTalk I've been a customer for years, just upgraded my Broadband package with you via chat and the email confirmation said I'll be charged a one of £60 setting up fee? This wasn't mentioned in the chat text. Not great.
