@prithyyy @TalkTalk Talktalk are quite possibly the worst internet provider out there! Got my whole family to sign up with them last year and they are all cancelling their contracts as soon as they are able to. Absolutely horrific and I am going to make sure I warn as many as possible!

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk this is the worst experience I had with internet service would be getting 30-40mb qnd I’m getting 1mb, they don’t pick up the phone, and when talking through chat they said they would get me an engineer but never replied again

@TalkTalk Have been without internet for nearly a week (stopped on Sunday night), bounced around customer service (which is useless), and eventually had engineer appt booked today - they’ve not shown up but somehow claim to have fixed the problem (it’s not fixed). A very bad joke.

@TalkTalk Fault Ref REP-12716314.I wasted too much time getting nowhere this pm talking to one of your staff about my internet connection - mostly non-existent, sometimes intermittent. The problem is to do with speed. I am meant to be getting 68mbps-but it is between 1.7 and 6.05

Either way, soon as I'm no longer a prisoner to @EE & @TalkTalk I'll no longer be taking out contract mobile plans after 20+ years of contracts; I can get a better deal without the lock-in month by month & @TalkTalk are just generally **** and price is no longer a benefit.
