    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone for over 40 mins. Called one number first (the one on the website) to freeze our account while we move home. Been told to call another number to do so, been waiting on the line for over 20 mins. Shouldn’t be this difficult for a customer (1)

    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk Your online chat support should have record of the issue. You time out the conversations very prematurely and then have to start the whole preamble again. This has been happening all week and the error message directs to a phone number and website both of which are then closed.

    @TalkTalk what on earth has happened to your service? It’s impossible to resolve anything with bots, and you send people round in a disingenuous loop with your advice to contact talk talk help. This is limited hours and confined to not/chat agents on scripts. Hopeless.

    How long does it take to solve a problem with a setting? So far @TalkTalkGroup it has taken 3 hours over 2 days, cut off several times, process has to then start from scratch each time. How will you help us sort this @TalkTalk ?

    @TalkTalk Unfortunately I got cut off plus had to go out shortly afterwards. When returned several hours later, in the evening, the comms side seem to have ‘come right’ (though my software issues are my problem still).

    @TalkTalk hi there, our Internet has been down since about 4pm. We tried resetting the router, I spoke to someone on live chat who did a connection test and sent instructions which was to reset the router. We tried that, please sort out our connection.
