    Customer service is so rarely good from phone/broadband providers. Currently @TalkTalk are proving so frustrating and stop answering your messages with no explanation. Who should I change to?

    @virginmedia why my hub 3 cannot hold stable WiFi signal for at least one day! What kind of 🤬 equipment is that?! How is not violating contract on your end? Sorry but WiFi is what's important these days not ethernet connection. Disappointed. I want @talktalk back 😭

    @TalkTalk The most unbelievably poor customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Approaching 3 hours of being passed from department to department and no resolution. Each saying the problem lies with a different department. Round and round in circles.

    @TalkTalk #talktalk #badservice Our new full fibre WiFi has no connection since yesterday. Reported online yesterday, but after 3 long calls to support today they are sending another new router. But this will take 3 to 6 days so no service for about a week.
