    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

I had to call them to cancel, although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until too late!

    @TalkTalk Lots of people are still down without internet access, because an incident with a car and BT swtichbox being damaged in Sheffield. Surely you know what's the problem?? And how long will this continue, because I am using my own phone data. Costing me a fortune here!!
