    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    Hey @TalkTalk ! You absolute jokers, please explain why I am STILL getting emails charging me £41 when a) I have not had service from yourselves for over a month now b) you refused to send out a spare part or engineer to resolve the issue and c) I have now cancelled my acc

    @TalkTalk My internet went down about 2 hours ago and no sign of it coming back yet. Working off 4G data at the moment. And it’s affected my Sky . Any idea what time it’ll be back again?

    @TalkTalk my WiFi is currently down and was down last night too. I was in the middle of an important work project and am missing a meeting right now because of this. Are there issues in my area? This is of vital importance for me to have sorted ASAP.

    @TalkTalk No wifi for 3/11 days of being a @TalkTalk customer. No wifi for the weekend. I just had the most disgraceful and unhelpful conversation with one of your technical representatives. Canceling my plan immediately. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

    @TalkTalk Internet has been down (again) since about 1am. Having to use mobile data (again). When I run a service check it just says there has been a technical issue and it can't be completed. Its almost like there is an issue.

    @ncrbrts @laurenjadeball @TalkTalk The fastest three non-commercial providers of internet connections are Virgin's Cable, BT's Full Fibre, and then EE/Vodafone 'mobile broadband'. Before you cancel, do you know which of these are available to you?
