I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk Too late. Issues already known to TalkTalk. Not only affects myself - been affecting customers in Moray for months. Broadband outages & poor speeds, from Elgin, to Buckie & south into Aberdeenshire. Others were told it's a problem known to TalkTalk who refuse to deal with it.

@TalkTalk I may try again tomorrow I've already put a complaint in and had 2 separate checks on my set up. I had such reliable internet till you "accidentally" cut me off yesterday. Hasn't been the same since reconnection.
