    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk This is getting funny, @TalkTalk . The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... But it seems any penalty will worth the change...

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

    @NottCaro @SteveJ1611 @premnsikka We had copper connection through TalkTalk (never again). After multiple issues wiring inside house was replaced. Nothing changed & eventually connection died, Openreach refused to investigate line from box to house, I took TalkTalk to Ofcom & won. Now paying Virgin way too much😡

    @frangla @CliveTheBike What always niggles in the back of my mind is that Orange manage the infrastructure, so if you get a problem with anything it will get fixed faster if you’re with them than anyone else. Had bad UK experiences with TalkTalk and OpenReach (BT).

    I was not in the country to receive any call from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup regarding a complaint I made now I’m being told I can’t receive any help! This is truly appalling. Poor customer service! How can you be outright told no help can be given?

    @TalkTalk @talktalk - bottom line is - I signed for fixed deal last month with free boost options. Been charged nearly £20 more for services and your customer service team are saying they can’t offer contract agreed! Half a day wasted getting my money back

    Can’t believe it’s actually come to this. @TalkTalk has to be the worst company to deal with with cancelling a contract. I thought I was cancelling a contract from august a few years ago only to be told there is a cancellation fee because I’ve signed a new contract….
