When I sign up to my acct, it says the fault is being investigated. In the meantime, I have no landline service nor TV (fire stick) I’m having to use my mobile data as 1/2

Bt wrote me to tell me that I was ending my contract early (1 day) and there was a penalty-£2! It's up to you how you want to do it, the stars never align perfectly.
