I was told by a rep ref. AOL: "it's a very old platform.." as if that was an excuse. If it doesn't work, they shouldn't take my money. @TalkTalk is a useless outfit too. I was called for months by fake Indian call centres after their data hack. My home internet sucks. @AOL @Ofcom

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk Broadband worked this morning then stopped suddenly. Homepage directed me to router tests which I’ve undergone and still not working. Called #talktalk customer support which put me on hold for 15mins+ so I gave up. Not sure what to do next.

@TalkTalk First of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and my bill keeps going up in large amounts and now I noticed services are being added that I don't even use. When I called to get a better deal I was told I would have to pay more what a joke!

@TalkTalk I have spoke to technical twice now you put fast fibre in my property a month ago and since then the internet has dropped out every day my sky q runs on the internet we are pensioners my husbands disabled he can’t reset the tv you either put my old router in or I cancel

@ThatProgrammer @tnewtondunn Very strange. Hopefully it won't happen again. I never really have issues with TalkTalk - only maybe once or twice per year and it dosen't last very long. Only reason I'm considering changing ISP is because they don't offer speeds above 60mbps in my area.
