@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@TalkTalk worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 2 installation dates missed, no explanation. My wife took the morning off work to wait in. No internet and out of pocket. For a communication company their communication is a joke. Will use someone else.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

@murrymutmint @TalkTalk Are you on full fibre? I've been trying online chat and calling for a couple of hours now and when I finally got to speak to someone on both they said they can't help as i'm on full fibre, so they will transfer me... then I just get nothing.
