@TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

@TalkTalk Apparently a openreach engineer needs to come out to have a look, but I’ve been given no timings or any information I’ve been paying for the service since I moved in a week ago and I’m not any closer to getting internet

Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account with you but it's a nightmare. I finally get to the advisor just get a garbled voice. Tried today "complaint" instead and funny enough voice not garbled but couldn't help. Put through to right department...nada!!!

@TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?

@TalkTalk thats the problem.wanted full fibre & benefits from the speed. had it installed & tried for at least 2 weeks get package then gave up & went elsewhere. my mobile contract is out now 25 years been with EE (was with them with Orange) now that goes to @VodafoneGroup tomorrow.

In the latest episode of the broadband **** show, an engineer from @talktalk was meant to turn up and install a new line today. Nobody showed up, and Customer Support is telling me no one will come until 9 December.

@JK1n1 @TalkTalk My elderly parents are with out their landline for over 3 weeks despite paying for unlimited full fibre package. Their Drs and hospital cannot contact them. Issue escalated but no action or resolution. Please help, service sucks

@TalkTalk Rane has sorted it "bill" for service after i terminated service is no longer valid....(obv). Thanks Rane. I did ask for upgrade to Fibre many times after it was installed i even said many times im gonna pay you £1000 for 24 months or whatever the maths. then i would go on hold
