@TalkTalk Broadband down in South Wales. Had this happen about 6 weeks ago and took 2 weeks to come back up. They blamed Openreach but that was bs. Avoid anyone using Vodaphone network. I hear BT/EE are good.

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk I use Zen Internet and never had an issue with them, good customer service. Not the cheapest BUT it's a UK call centre. I have started to use companies that only have UK call centres also use Octopus Energy and best customer services going in that sector.

@TalkTalk 7 days ago I spoke to a complaint manager as no broadband/landline since initially reported on 5/10/25. After 2hrs on the phone I chose to switch providers. So glad I did as there has not been any contact by the relevant TalkTalk teams to resolve . Appalling

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk Been with BT forever not cheap but great customer service. Sorted out a problem we had recently,real human called back and then looked at our issue through my phone camera lens and resolved it , over 45 minutes as well. 👌
