    @TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

    It should be as easy to cancel a service as it is to sign up for it. Spent two and a half hours waiting for a callback from @TalkTalk and so phoned them again and have been waiting in a queue for almost 45 minutes and the only way to cancel appears to be to call them!

    @TalkTalk Problem is you should not have been allowed to advertise "guaranteed no price rises/locked in prices" with a get out clause. This new fixed price plus isn't worth the paper it's written on with same get out clause in terms & conditions. So at very least it is false advertising.
