@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@TalkTalk Since updating my broadband on the 10th of feb I exprinced total loss of service including my phone number which is now different. Endless hours on the phone to customer service still waiting for a repair. I can only say is been the worst exprince ever.

TalkTalk,i have a very bad experience with these people.Iam an elderly person close too eighty years old and yet they have left me in a vulnerable position,bye not connecting me as promised left me without a landline and refused to cancel my order so i can join another supplier.
