    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @icklenellierose yes. we were with Plusnet and it was garbage and the router you get from them is trash. we switched to talktalk who were cheaper, more reliable, faster AND the router you get from them is 😚👌

    @TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error (twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

    @TalkTalk can i expect a reply any time soon? been over an hour since your customer service guy said he was going to 'look into for me' and then stopped replying. no wifi for atleast 4 hours now

    @TalkTalk Hello im a new customer of 2 days and Internet gone down told its fault at exchange and will be fixed. I see many issues online with your service with outages I hope this doesn't happen again as will cancel sadly.
