  @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

  @TalkTalk my internet has not been working today and despite several calls to your customer line to get an engineer to look at the fault, the issue is unresolved. I’ve been told it could be three days before things are sorted. Not really very satisfactory at all.

  @Athena58 @TalkTalk When I had TalkTalk I had problems with the line. They told me the line wasn't theirs, it was BT's, so they wouldn't fix it. BT (who should know) told me TalkTalk lease the line from them, and are responsible for its maintenence This went on for weeks, while TT charged me rental

  @TalkTalk we supposed to have faster broadband that you promised but it has been slow. Days I'm working from home its slow and that it can be annoying 😔

  @BradleyTMUK @TalkTalk Totally agree. My contract is up and I am going elsewhere. They cost me lots of lost work hours. Absolutely awful provider.

  @TalkTalk broke my internet last thursday and still haven’t fixed it 🙃 can anyone recommend a better service provider?
