Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

I just wanted to cancel and kept telling him this. It's only when asked for the manager that he finally cancelled.

If there’s anything you can do re cancelling without paying the breakage fee for services we have not been receiving then please feel free to help because nobody else is!

Marcus Nash (@norfolkbirdtour) reported@Shandazar @bt_uk I would gladly ditch BT, but most alternative providers just use the BT network, so when there is a fault (regularly here!) it is harder to get it fixed (one blames the other). Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well
