    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    I’m having the worst experience of my life. @TalkTalk keeps wasting my money instead of giving me a proper service. I tried calls and emails, got 2 technician coming at home but the simplest issue they can’t handle it. I’m so desperate and need help!!!

    @TalkTalk Wifi is still not working, after a 4 hour live chat last night. Called this morning as it says your lines open at 8am but it’s telling me you’re still not open. Losing my patience.

    @TalkTalk I contacted your cs team as I noticed my bill increased with no explanation. I have checked and I don't have the email. How can you increase the price of a fixed contract, fail to notify me, and not offer a reasonable way of lodging a complaint about it? Awful customer service

    @TalkTalk I can't make or receive calls on my phone but have dialling tone. How am I supposed to report this? Have been round and round your site fruitlessly for hours. If you're a human managing this feed, please help.

    @TalkTalk Be aware that your service is poor across the board and apologise to everyone, you guys are insanely bad. You're pretty much existing on charitable donations at this point - maybe less time, money and energy on social media damage control and more time improving your service?

    @TalkTalk Andy, the new provider has done all the above and you seem to have accepted this, that's why you sent the letter, but where is the final bill, you no longer provide the service, the contract has ended the vulnerable person is waiting for the final bill ,NOT a new contract @Ofcom

    How the hell do @TalkTalk win ANY awards with the terrible customer service they give to customers? I strongly advise you NEVER to use them - paid my arrears, disconnected me, now calling me EVERY day to try and get me to join them and on top of that they are chasing £ again!
