Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

@TalkTalk A telephone call from 03300577850 will be from TalkTalk. Despite a claim that their need for me to contact them by DM was to ask questions, once I transferred my ISP needs they have been calling constantly. I will now block this number. Resolution is clearly impossible. @Ofcom

An internet provider that wants to do everything via phone calls, can’t actually provide internet and works with a system that takes 24 hours to update. That’s 13 hours of my life I will never get back. Avoid @TalkTalk if you value your money, your time and your sanity.

@TalkTalk I put my number on your form to sign up to Future Fibre now four times and not a single person has attempted to contact me aside from at work during work hours the first time I put my number down. I thought BT was bad but I’ll now just try their retentions team.
