@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

worst @TalkTalk experience so far. Stayed with them due to previous good experiences with service and customer service. Moved home, not informed of broadband not being active until potentially midnight when engineer installed at 1 o’clock!

Hi @TalkTalk . We’re waiting for our TalkTalk reward card which according to your website, should arrive by email within 35 days of our connection going live on the 24th June (59 days ago.) I emailed the GiftCloud team on 5th Aug but they claim to be waiting info from you. Help!

@TalkTalk My internet is still down. You told me to wait 24 hours, I've waited 24 hours. I've now been without internet for 2 days, without warning, and need it to work from home. You keep saying it's fixed and it is not.

@TalkTalk I request to get my order cancelled. I was advised it will take 48hours to do that. It is a week today and nothing has happened, no confirmation email as promised. I called earlier today and told the system is down..calling back for over 30mins...just listening for forced music
