.@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

@TalkTalk we are completely outraged at the poor customer service and 3 days later we are still without internet from our go live. Unhelpful staff and zero communication. Very disappointed! Please rectify ASAP! #terriblecustomerservice

@TalkTalk after 15 years as a loyal customer the treatment I received yesterday was shocking and as a result cancelled my contract and you didn’t even care?! Why email customers with special deals, which I accepted, then deny existence of them? This has been reported to Ofcom

@TalkTalk I have to say I must disagree with the service being reliable as my broadband has been the worst it's ever been recently. I think it may be time to shop around then for better deals elsewhere.
