    .@TalkTalk still no wifi, is anyone going to do anything? Numerous call and messages. No action no service still take my money. Communication ombudsman or ripoff Britain maybe. This is a joke!

    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    @TalkTalk talking about inflation when there are cheaper broadband services is hilarious. I’ll leave once my contract is up. The price has never been “fixed” as agreed. What happened to the profits/surplus? Why not invest in loyal customers? Business practices are a joke nowadays

    @emmaisasink Like honestly, virgin, sky, and talktalk have all given me ****. The only one that hasn't is bt 🙈🙈 just there expensive but I had to go back to them from Virgin ><

    @sphoenix78 @TalkTalk @CityFibre Is yours back up yet? Mine has been down in Bolton since Thursday. Customer service has been so bad I'm ending the contract. Clueless! I work from home and I'm having to stay at my parents to work there until its fixed.

    @TalkTalk Then I can't do that as I can't find the way to send you a DM. It's not just my account the whole of talktalks my account page is down for maintenance all I want to know is when it will be back on line.
