Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

Hell is being a @talktalk customer. Terrible service and terrible customer service when dealing with the issues. Rude staff who are completely incompetent. Hours and hours spent on the phone trying to fix issues which have been going on for months. Avoid these cowboys like CVD19.
