@TalkTalk due to a misunderstanding in setting up our broadband we have already waited 6 weeks for an engineer and now we are expected to wait another 4 weeks for an engineer. We are considering another provider who might be more willing to provide a more prompt service.

I feel like an idiot.. I thought i have been paying £27.50 per month for my @TalkTalk but turns out its £38 . Thats alot just for broadband. Might need to rethink and might have to change company.

@CallumUptonYT @TalkTalk @Ubiquiti The best solution (other than switching ISP) is probably to get your own modem in place of TalkTalk’s unit, then you can use the Ubiquiti kit as intended. That or deal with the fun of having double NAT.

@TalkTalkGroup Apalling customer service from Talk Talk. 12 weeks ago they removed my 81 yr old mum's copper wire (home phone) so she can no longer make or receive phone calls. Fitted Fast fibre without telling her that she would lose her landline. Still no solution @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk
