Hi @talktalk I have been on the phone now for 45 mins trying to sort this out. I have an email stating I will get an engineer tomorrow to install new broadband. Your help desk say the order is not complete and won’t be happening!!! Still on hold to next level support. 🤬

Steer well clear of @TalkTalk for Internet. Shambles doesn't even begin to describe it. I would say amateur hour but an hour to not resolve a problem would be an improvement on what we've been having to deal with
