juliewebber (@juliewebber88) reported from Camberwell, England@tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

Steve (@uksteve1960) reported@SBarrettBar @tescomobile The other side of the coin Steven is someone got my PAC number ,they managed to empty my bank accounts, used my Kraken account to convert the money into dollars ,fair play to Lloyds because I reported it immediately I was reimbursed 100% of my money. Identify theft is a problem.
-
Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
-
Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

Dave Gander (@DaveGander) reported@tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

NoisyWhisper 🏴 (@Stu37900363) reported@tescomobile is pants. 0 customer service. Ripped me off. Taken money and 12hrs later I still don't have my Bundle. Live chat is a joke, and I can't call you as advertised because I have 0 credit after paying for renewal.
-
Bobby Bucks (@b0bbybux) reported@biggle1908 @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Indian “customer service” centres in the case of Virgin Media, utter and complete shambles.
-
cierdh (@steph6_xox) reported@tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???
-
New Homes Expert (@NewHomesExpert1) reportedAbsolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile Hi Harry. I was hoping that the service I’m paying for would provide a reliable service That’s not the case
