    @tescomobile Read the tweets I've sent. NO issues with my phone or sim. Your staff checked my phone. The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!

    @tescomobile You should have allocated it my account sooner than so I had more time to use my mobile contract runs out soon so I certainly will be looking elsewhere sad as I have 3 mobiles with you & a customer for many years :(

    My dad is currently in hospital and we aren't allowed to see him so have to video call instead but his data run out. My nan phoned his network provider @tescomobile and they gave him more data for free ๐Ÿ™ so so nice ๐Ÿ’› #EveryLittleHelps

    @tescomobile service still non-existent another week on. Their message reads โ€œSorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix it for you, we need to get into the site. Weโ€™re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. โ€œ Now in its 4th week!

    @tescomobile Multiple. Your CS man kept insisting it was an issue with my phone which was not true as C Advisor in Tesco checked my phone. He also checked the O2 coverage which confirmed outages where I'd been but your CS man PHIL insisted that wasn't true. Insulted me and the store Advisor

    @tescomobile Streatham, St James Park, Westminster, Bermondsey. Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. My complaint is your CS person Phil denying this and implying T Advisor was lying

    spent an annoying hour trying to upgrade my handset with @tescomobile. hadnโ€™t updated my new address. Need 72 hours before I can get handset. but I need new handset cos this one is broken. Nope we will give you PAC code and you can get 1 elsewhere. So much for 10 years loyalty!

    @tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! Sheโ€™s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! ๐Ÿคฌ

    @tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so itโ€™s not that they couldnโ€™t touch the phone, they couldnโ€™t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesnโ€™t know HOW to set it up!

    @mouthwaite @EE EE is awful. They over charged me on my bill one month when I phoned to say it was wrong they told me I had to pay it or be blacklisted. I moved to @tescomobile and have been with them years! Best decision ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    @mouthwaite @EE I was with EE! As soon as I could upgrade I left! They are awful! I went to @tescomobile ! Been with them for over a year and i have never had a problem.

    @tescomobile As explained, I already made the complaint, and the sarcastic agent on the phone completely ignored the legal threat made, didn't pass the call to anyone, so it's gone way further than your 'kiss your own arse' complaint procedure... you had the chance, lost it! #NotMyProblemNow

    @tescomobile Just tried to use a club card voucher to pay my bill. What a faff. Copying and entering 15 digit codes. Doesn't work in the app: log in the website. You need a pin & password. Now you're locked out. Voucher expires today!! Couldn't be less user friendly ๐Ÿ‘Ž
