Brad P (@5_iron) reported from Hackney, England@tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth 1 On 29 July you told me someone would get back to me and that my complaint would be escalated. It is now 6 August and, six working days later, nobody has contacted me as promised - this was through X

J Campbell (@JulesCampbell1) reported@tescomobile - How can a mobile phone provider not provide a phone that can get incoming texts or calls? After 9 days of a new phone when called from a landline my number is still not recognised. Your customer support is dire. As a new customer I won't be with you for long..
-
cierdh (@steph6_xox) reported@tescomobile is there a reason why your service is so ****? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and it’s getting worse and worse less places my 5G works. Why am I paying for it???
-
Jules Perks (@mrs_skrep) reported@tescomobile please can you tell me how I can make a formal complaint - where to send it ?
-
Ann (@English_girl98) reported@tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.

Chris Owen (@cwo1983) reported@tescomobile Upgraded in Feb 2026 with ZERO issues + NatWest Direct Debits paid monthly since July 2023. Yet @TescoMobile blames ME after their IT corrupted my file back to an old Lloyds record?! Blaming customers for internal database rollbacks violates UK GDPR Art 5(1)(d). Embarrassing.

Tom (@tomxrawle) reported@tescomobile is there issues with signal in Gainsborough?

New Homes Expert (@NewHomesExpert1) reported@tescomobile OH that old chestnut! @tescomobile used that as an ongoing excuse to delay and frustrate those who complain. Ombudsman will rule in my favour. "CEO team" 10 days to sort it ticking down!
