    @tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

    @tescomobile @MartinSLewis Been emailing back and forth with Sahira to concerns@tesco as finally opened complaint and have been speaking to Sahira. I have email proof I have responded yet had email this morning to say as I had not responded she is closing complaint

    @tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    The vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).
