I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable

TF. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@U235_Nuke) reported@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.
