Absolutely disgusted with the customer service @virginmedia have shown today and over the past few months. We have had a fault on and off with our broadband for months. Been on hold for 55 mins, to be answered, barely spoken to, and then placed back on hold for another 25 minutes

@virginmedia The test is no help. I ran it on 4g on my phone but the point of calling out to you is internet is down so why would I run a test! Anyway test couldn’t find anything but it’s fallen over at least once every day. Best just just get an engineer to take a look

@virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. Shit firm avoid!!

@virginmedia been on hold for over 35mins as broadband not working for the second day! Continuous poor broadband connection for years. The only way going to get a decent connection is to go elsewhere! Ridiculous. Very unhappy customer.

@virginmedia @Sah7979Sarah This behaviour is quite normal from Virgin Sarah, they’ve been threatening to fix my broadband for years but the truth is their hubs become overloaded, once you’ve paid they don’t care, all Virgin are interested in is taking money for a poor quality service

And that’s what they really think of you as a customer, if you write to Matrix court in Swansea by recorded delivery ( because they will deny you wrote them) will be better, but beware I had to start legal action against them before they acted
