@virginmedia It would be great if someone from your cancellation team can call me. I would stay as a customer but currently I'm paying double the price that BT/Sky offer. Being left on hold for 45 mins then being cut off is a terrible customer experience.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service @virginmedia have shown today and over the past few months. We have had a fault on and off with our broadband for months. Been on hold for 55 mins, to be answered, barely spoken to, and then placed back on hold for another 25 minutes

Currently at 31 minutes and waiting on hold for @virginmedia - would not be quite as bad if every single track of awful hold music was not something released by a talentless 12 year old backed by overpowering Synth to disguise the lack of musicianship or songwriting capability

@virginmedia been on hold for over 35mins as broadband not working for the second day! Continuous poor broadband connection for years. The only way going to get a decent connection is to go elsewhere! Ridiculous. Very unhappy customer.

@virginmedia after 4 months, with numeorus calls to customer service and 2 technician visits, my broadband is still intermittent. Nearly every single day! Ridiculous! Can't get the help I want and can't speak to anyone who listens. The advise is either turn off/on or reset!

@virginmedia If I answer that one, I expect you'll refer me to Whats App or "customer service" and if I reply to that you'll refer me to complaints which will send me an AI response telling me to call customer service. It's quite dizzying and totally impossible to get a resolution.
