    @virginmedia why did you bother sending out the email about opting out of having your Wi-Fi settings changed, when you go and do it anyway!! I had to reset and turn off all the changes you made! If it isn’t broken don’t fix it!!!

    @virginmedia It’s been over a month since I sent an online complaint form (as advised by this account) and have heard nothing back since and it has been 4 months since the original issue (not to mention the 13 calls to customer service). When can I expect to hear back on my complaint?

    @virginmedia TV froze during Netflix. Apparently all services are down. TV, home phone and Broadband. Please check phone connection on our home phone. Only my mobile connection with 4g works. Are you able to update which areas are down? We are OX5 area.

    4yrs with @virginmedia never had a problem. But now that I do their 'customer service' sucks, endless cycles of talking to bots on their website, or being on hold for hours on the phone! 3 days of this just trying to get the Internet I'm paying for! #frustrated #virginmedia

    I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I only use the hub as a router for my internal network of Dlan Wi-Fi extenders. This provides the best solution in my house. Having another Wi-Fi signal only causes more issues. Manual control is always the best solution! The Dlan routers stopped working….

    @TheO2 and @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Be careful of this, they say they will send you a free SIM card. First off, it never arrived. Secondly, they rack up a bill baring in mind I’ve not used it. Then put it on your credit rating. So glad my three year contract ends with o2 soon.

    @virginmedia So I have no way of connecting my v360 box directly to my inlet. I have inlets in my lounge and conservatory but I am unable to connect to either of these as the self service pack does not have a cable you can connect the outlet to the splitter or direct to the v360 box.

    Nothing more annoying than @virginmedia broadband going down, no led changes on the SH to suggest there’s an issue and then all wireless settings needing to be reset via the GUI. Every. Single. Time. AND never a response to replace my SH. 😡

    as someone who've used virgin media, their WiFi/Internet can be so damn unreliable. like the amount of times I had to use my data since the Internet was down. It got so bad that my roomates and I had to go to our uni's library for the WiFi. It was so annoying

    @Vox_Akuma It's very **** that this all put a dent in your plans but don't beat yourself up about things that are out of your control. Try not to dwell on it too much and try to enjoy your break. I hope you can come back with a juicy schedule and no virgin media debuff ruining your plans!

    @paige_innesx @virginmedia I did! But virgin didn’t really help haha, just directed me to forums of people having the same issue. In the end I just kept deleting and re-adding the account on my iPhone and eventually it worked!
