    @virginmedia the system is down in OX5 again. Also how are we expected to report a fault on line if it’s down. This is unacceptable 2nd time in 2days. Will the £50 compensation you offered for the 1st now be increased. It’s NYE so Plse get it sorted.

    @virginmedia Still not had the courtesy of a phone call 30 days after making 2 complaints. I would NEVER EVER recommend @virginmedia @libertyglobal. I had a box fitted to my house without my permission & hadn’t ordered

    @virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

    @virginmedia All methods. Put 3 complaints in and no reply to none. I dont have time in my working day to spend up to 2 hours trying to contact someone. Totally sucks. Been with you 3 weeks and so annoyed with all thats happened. And also explaining same story to god knows how many people.

    @virginmedia Morning. Tried customer services on the phone who vomited up lots of security questions that I couldn’t possibly answer because it’s related to accessing the online service locked to an old account but with tie same email. I have now been in your WhatsApp queue for half an hour.

    @virginmedia I’m locked out of the current one and despite all the literature that was sent and knowing the account number, address and contract date, you still wouldn’t help. Why was I never told your system couldn’t handle the same email address being used at various properties?

    @virginmedia Yes however we have already tried this route when our service was suspended. We thought it was resolved however we are still expected to pay for someone else's error. Complaint has also been closed without reason. We turned to Twitter to try and resolve.This is getting ridiculous
