    @virginmedia well after couple of lengthy phone calls today to virgin, I was told account were up & working again, when I rung today there was message saying there was a fault, tried to login this eve, Dane shit as yest, NO authenticity code sent, complete load of shit stay clear

    @virginmedia tried logging on to my isa account, asking me for authentication code, request it, no txt coming thru, ring the 20 mins then told there shutting, & will ring back tomos. They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!

    @virginmedia the worse customer service I’ve had in a long time. An absolute racket- tv, internet, billing & customer service: all woeful - they allow themselves 28 days to respond to a query & the phone lines are inaccessible - you couldn’t make it up #avoidvirginmedia #crooks

    @virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

    @virginmedia It was changed by your team trying to compete with sky but could not match the like for like with sky so asked to be left as was till my notice period was up. Virgin have made this a very difficult transition and treated a loyal customer with utter contempt

    @virginmedia .Your chat facility is very unhelpful. The signal and data plan has disappeared from@my phone and I need to contact you to discuss it, however the chat bot only suggests to phone you which obviously I cant do due to having no mobile signal! What do you suggest?

    @katerussell @virginmedia I have done the vote thing. I'm towards the top end of the expected bandwidth, so near enough what's advertised. 10:1 down/up is pretty poor in these more synchronous times, though.

    Anybody else have constant problems with @virginmedia ? Paying £80 a month, our upstairs box works when it wants, the Internet is temperamental and we can occasionally watch on demand. If we had known they were this bad would have never gone with them! #virginmedia #poorservice
