Finally got Virgin media out to fix our internet which has been bad these last few weeks. What was the issue? Oh... only our psycho neighbour has only gone and cut the cable along our fence 🙃🙃

@virginmedia when you say our package is 100mb download speed yet when I check the speed it's only 7mb. Is there problems in my area? ..seem to have constant problems with broadband!
