@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia I called 150 again this morning, after you confirmed the service had not been suspended. I’m happy to say this person knew what she was doing, immediately suggested a password reset and this fixed it. Now all working. Suggest you retrain the person I spoke to yesterday.

@virginmedia Out of curiosity, why can't your PAYG customers use 4G, when Tesco and most other providers do it? What is the reason stopping it (apart from Greed obviously). Is Virgin's infrastructure haphazard to the point it cant support it?
