@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia No difference with hub factory reset as a router with other router switched off. Green internet light flashing on the hub. Message Problem connecting to the internet on 192.168.1.1.

Practically impossible to get customer service from @virginmedia . Long queues by phone, when you do get through, they bump you to a different department, and the queue starts again. Finally get to speak to someone... they cut you off halfway through: and don’t ring you back!

@virginmedia Moved to virgin media M200 broadband. Really flaky service, Get 200MBits one min,10mins later struggle to get 20MBits. Support repeat the same thing, turn off the router and restart after a couple of mins. Regretting moving away from my previous supplier.

i'm trying to watch 'cabin fever' on sky cinema and when the lady says "the following film is rated 15" there is sound but when the film starts, there's no sound at all. @sky help / i'm watching it on my @virginmedia tv box
