    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...

    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    Shame on you @virginmedia . Twice your staff put the phone down on my 79-year-old uncle who questioned why he should pay a £25 fee for an engineer to replace a battery in a phone you had installed two weeks earlier. Shocking treatment of what is now a former customer.

    @virginmedia I raised a complaint a week sgo. Was told someone would call me back withinn 72 hours which hasn't happened. I cancelled my contract in April. Yet you are charging me to use your services until 26th June but you've turned off all services today? #makeitmakesense
