    @virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your message. We seem to have really poor WiFi, it drops out and hardly works. My girlfriend works from home and it’s horrendous. A wired connection is perfect - just the WiFi is terrible. We have reset the router many time and still not any better 🙁

    @virginmedia Hi there! I just checked, I have changed it to NO. However my issue is not calls from Virgin, my issue is a caller from 01745 870855 claiming to be my internet provider and threatening to cut off our connection.

    @HaslamNiall @virginmedia Urgh good luck! VirginMedia was RUBBISH for us (I was having to stream from my phone in the last month & it never reached the 3rd floor even with a booster). I switched to Vodafone cos they can now match VM's speed but are cheaper & so far it's been grand & reaches 3rd floor!

IF only IF you get through to Customer Services they say can’t do it and you need go through to another department, only to be on hold before it rings off

    @HuwMatthews1 @walsh3017 @virginmedia So true, having same issue, phoning just to be on hold for over an hour & then rings off ! Can see why they don’t allow cancellations via the app/online as people would be leaving in their 100’s, just make it impossible for you to get through & all the time keep taking your money
