@virginmedia Yes i have , i cant get through to anyone as i was advised to go on the ap, ive requested a new password still waiting! I wanted to leave because of these problems was talked into having adeal as long(as I've stressed) the wifi was sorted even now writing this im using my phone

@virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

@virginmedia It’s an intermittent problem just with WiFi, no problem with connection into the house. Your app tells me my hub is too old.

@virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

@virginmedia trying to log into account. Won't accept details. When I complete the 'forgotten password/username' form it forwards me to a page that says 'Ooops, something' s broken'. No DM function for you, either.

@virginmedia The same as they do every day.... crashes every hour... I don’t see a way that you can resolve this as when tests are run the signal etc comes up fine - this seems to be a regular thing having Googled it!

@virginmedia My father who is 95 years of age has had a mobile phone with Virgin for many years. Since moving he has been unable to use the phone and can hardly every get a signal? His post code is DY6 0NL. Is there a problem in this area? Any assistance would be much appreciated

So @virginmedia are charging me £240 because they can't provide their service at the home I'm moving to. At the start they charged £50 set up fee even though I had to set it up myself, and now I've got to send back all equipment or be charged even more! Scumbag bastards.
