    @virginmedia We have. I will have to call again as we have done all the generic things on the website and on the phone. It's a long standing issue. The signal just doesn't seem strong enough, despite upgrading our package.

    @virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Absolutely atrocious customer service! Waited for my Hub 4 to arrive as we are now paying for highest broadband, it arrives and has wrong power cable inside, phoned to sort, on hold for 20 mins then speak to someone who has IT issues and has put us on 40 mins hold!

    @virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

    @virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

    @virginmedia Well let's hope things get better because we have had nothing but trouble with our Internet and our TV service for a few months now. Constantly dropping connection and the TV just keeps going off and not connecting to any on demand services.

    @carmcon1 @virginmedia Well I got through to virgin media without any issues . My box had lost power yesterday , rang virgin , about 20 mins on the phone talking to a guy who was working from home .New box delivered today at around 1 pm . So I’m well pleased with the response 👍🏻

    @virginmedia I have been asking for a new box for the last 8 months because this one has NEVER worked correctly since day one. Every time I try to access catch up I get the spinning connection wheel. Very unhappy, please sort this out.

    @DebbyStewart18 Having been same frustrating issues, We have their super hub, as over always been a home worker, but the amount of issues I've had since last year is an absolute joke. Not ideal when you have myself work, andy being a teacher and two kids. 🙄😤 - @virginmedia just don't care.

    @virginmedia My tv360 delivered spent 35 minutes waiting to talk to agent, set up new hub to be told there was no signal. Put on hold & then cut off, they called back 2 rings & cut off . They also said it’s another department to connect the TV so will have to wait another 24/36 hours 🤬
