@virginmedia you are next to useless. Broadband playing up all day and virtually unusable - phone up and when eventually get through to someone, they say they will do some checks, put me on hold and then after 15 minutes hang up! Pathetic

@virginmedia The service has dropped out several times and is out now. There are no reported outages for our post code and when I run your test it finds no fault. I’m resting on a wired Ethernet connection so it’s not the WiFi.

@virginmedia woke up with no wifi connection and when I tried to connect it back on settings, it said incorrect password. Don’t know what happen, last night was working just fine. Anyone had the same experience, would appreciate any help.

@virginmedia Internet out again at 21:54, the fifth or sixth outage since 19:50. Going to call it a night and go read a book. Hope fully better luck with this whole inter webs thing tomorrow. So glad the country is not pinning its hopes on digital technology.

@virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

@virginmedia Called virgin to book for a phone socket to be moved 5ft, told it’s £99. Outrage as I was a paying client ( bt don’t charge). Put thorough to another dept, put the phone down, called again, explained again, i wanted to leave, was told to bugger off at the end.

@virginmedia It’s not that but speaking to the neighbours this morning they are having the same issues however your saying their is no fault in the area but clearly their is… not being funny but you should be sending someone out to the area when their is an issue

@virginmedia I'm happy to do that. Is there a direct dial for second/third line support? I've dealt with first line too many times and done all the usual troubleshooting steps.
