    @virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp I am paying for broadband that doesn’t work. It constantly drops signal daily (midway through work) I have been promised 2 engineers to come. Never showed. I requested a manager to call me back. Was told that can’t happen. Fed up of paying for a service that doesn’t work!

    @DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia The reality is that engineers and all pre scheduled or prestressed professionals have no slack in their schedule to cater for life's habit of producing hickups. I suspect GP's have the same problem.

    @DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Don't go with them! Their cust serv is crap. Just wait until you leave and you try to get some sense out of them after they muck up the final bill. Formal complaint letter sent by SD, no response and I have a third debt collection company on me now. I am going to Ombudsman next.

    @virginmedia No we haven't had an update. We have no Internet. I'm only 4 months into this contract. When will I get service back. Your service checker keeps saying there are no issues, it's so inaccurate!!
