    @virginmedia Did you read the message, I don't want to call or use whats app ad uve spent far too long doing this already. So I'll have to complain in writing then it seems. Shocking service yet again you do not read whta a customer is saying.

    @virginmedia I’ve been promised a call back from Virgin media 6 or 7 times in the last 6 days No one called me back I was told by Virgin Media to raise a complaint, so I did. The lady who took my complaint promised to call me back yesterday She didn’t Worst customer service

    @virginmedia what a useless company after waiting a week from doing as was asked of you on reporting my fathers death I receive a letter telling me I done it wrong. I’m afraid I lost it on the phone today and when all is sorted we will be leaving you. Great bereavement service.

    @virginmedia No it was the ‘general area fix’ (my engineer was cancelled by Virgin) which was then followed up with an email that said ‘everything is sorted’ which it was, until today when it was in and out again for hours. It’s ok now, but for how long?

    @virginmedia Honestly I'd rather not as we have called so many times and get different call centres. Get cut off and can never speak to the otmriginal care team. Please can someone call us considering this is part of our compliant

    So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

    @virginmedia Hi, i am having some issues with the youtube app, i spoke to youtube they said to try uninstalling reinstalling the app, something i am unable to do as you provide this. It will just not load a video or whilst a playlist is playing it goes black.

    @virginmedia Stop palming me off with service issues. It's been a month already. If your engineers can't fix an issue in the space of a month, then you need new engineers because that is shocking. None of this is helping.

    @virginmedia @gbhswindon1969 That's a lie, you don't respond to letters, you continually cut people off after hours on hold (check complaints on your forum), your text service isn't working and nor is your chat service. Your service is abysmal.
