    @virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

    @virginmedia Should I wait any longer, since the last activity was Tuesday? It's not going to go up the queue from what I've seen this week. Appreciate that there has been a lot of demand due to the email issue, but I'm struggling to see a forum resolution.

    @virginmedia I think I've been reasonably patient as the last interaction I had was arranging the engineer appointment on the 16th/17th for the visit on the 20th and have been unable to report the additional issues since. I need to make someone aware, I can't keep rebooting 3-4 times a day.

    Virgin media really do take the biscuit. They’ve just told me that my new cost will be £39 a month higher than anything they’ve quoted me. £40 a month more than they would charge a new customer. I feel another ceo email coming on. His office were meant to have sorted this out.
