    So @virginmedia why is the TV guide always wrong, every week I have to rewatch love island (I know it’s crap) on catch up as the guide is never updated if the show is extended. You do not get that with sky! Explanation please

    I called back explained again that I want to terminate my contract and that I was cut off earlier, I was then transferred to another number, 50 minutes later I was still waiting. Can someone bother sorting this out for me @virginmedia @VirginMedia_One #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia No, I had to admit defeat after 50 minutes. I had things to do! I have a new Virgin Mobile 4G SIM and I need to transfer the number from and old Virgin 3G SIM to it. If you could help with that, that would be marvelous.

    @virginmedia please create an option to remove all BBC channels from TiVo boxes @BBCWorld @BBCRadio4 @BBCBreakfast so we who don’t want to have bbc channels can avoid paying a license fee. I pay a license fee and I object to having to sign in to watch catch up, I rather lose BBC

    @virginmedia I need to move a mobile number from an old 3G Virgin SIM to a new 4G one I got as part of my Oomph package, but I don't remember my 'telephone password' so the text chat people couldn't help, so I need to reset that somehow I think.

    @virginmedia Apologies won't get me my time back. You need a better decision procedure before you issue instructions to reset the hardware - simply enquiring whether the SSID had been changed from default might have revealed that resetting would cause more harm than good.

    @virginmedia there is an ongoing issue with the broadband in my area since last night’s thunderstorm. I registered to get updates but no word from virgin. status checker states it will be fixed by 4pm today but seems unlikely. So what’s going on in BH5 area?
