    @virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia I’ve just had a phone all from a call centre stating it was from virgin media. They were saying that I’m having issues with my internet speed and needed to turn on a computer or device to check my speeds. Is this something that your tech division door is it spam?

    @virginmedia You couldn’t care less about feedback, otherwise it would be easy to contact you, over various platforms. Will cancel my direct debit - I’m sure BT will happily take my business & provide a better service than Virgin.

    We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    @snippetsofem @virginmedia @O2 Okay I would sugguest is login to the router and change the channel of the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There is app called WiFi analyser. It will scan networks (access points) around you. Other routers on the same channel the app will show you your best channel to be on. Trust me it works

    @virginmedia Its down in the area yet again! It seems to be around 3pm each day since last week when it went down for 2 days. Since then its dropping each day, this isnt just effecting me however the status page says nothing! Yet again I am missing work due to this!

    @stibbystib @virginmedia I have suffered multiple outages. I am told "the network was not designed to have people working from home" - not quite inline with branding! Also learnt it is 30 days of continuous outage before they let you out your contract!
