@martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

@virginmedia Theres no wifi or TV..tried your online service as the error code advised this yet doest help much ! I know how to switch the system on/off to reset ! customer service is a joke to get thru on !! And when you do they hang up 🤬 3rd time this has occured in the last 2 months!

can you please sort your internet out @virginmedia! I apprecIate there’s probably more people on the network during the week but at the weekend and a very hot summer night.. constantly dropping in and out. It’s not like it’s cheap to have you as a service provider!

@virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

@virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

@ColourMeGreen5 I’m led to believe that all internet providers slowed there supplies down during lockdown as they were getting hammered. My WiFi with @virginmedia has been slow for months and it’s meant to be their top speed. 😤

@virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

@virginmedia Yet again my broadband connection has disappeared, rebooting hub hasn't helped. This is happening every day and when I do get connected it's super slow, not good enough!

@virginmedia It was a wired connection I'm aware of the very standard responses you can give to help with these speeds. They're the same ones that I had to go through on 3 occasions to get the WiFi pods. All 3 are installed and working properly before dropping last night

@virginmedia It was disconnected on the 3rd March and despite several phone calls I am still being charged with my final bill when I am due a refund. Nearly 8 weeks of hassle since I phoned up to close my account. I have no faith in the customer advisors that I speak to especially today

Never use #virginMedia not only does their internet keep going down and their phoneline not work, when you call their 0330 number from mobile and waste £50 in credit trying to rearrange a repair they don't rearrange and you run out of credit, @virginmedia are the worst company.

@Carlabela1 £50, just for broadband? Or does it include landline phone? Is this BT or Virgin Media? Can get good deals for Virgin Media 100mb. Always worth renegotiating with current provider and can cancel and VM usually come back with a more reasonable rate.
