@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

@TheRegister looks as if @virginmedia have a major outage affecting most if not all of Hampshire and into Dorset. Status page says all is good but tweets to them indicates otherwise.

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@didithitthespot @B__Rani @virginmedia Same, I now use a Netgear router. Way better, much less outage on WiFi considering I have up to 15 devices connected to it. No problems on my hardwired devices.

@virginmedia Can't help me as apparently there's engineers out working to fix our TV, broadband and TV which have been down since 11 this morning. Just expressing how disappointed I am in your service and how little help I've had when calling etc. 🙄
