Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

I have been trying to get through to @virginmedia by phone since lockdown to cancel all of my subscription services. I just never get through. I have had my new provider in place for months. It just seems Virgin are not interested in supporting customers that want to leave.

@virginmedia Was supposed to be in to diagnose/fix an ongoing problem. Never rang my phone, text service just said he was due. Engineer claimed he tried to call but i got no missed call. Rang customer services and they said engineer would ring within an hour, they didn't.

Very disappointed @virginmedia my hub 5 box is broken a lovely man just came to exchange it to a hub 3! Why send boxes out that are faulty! From what I’ve seen on Google it’s not just me who’s having problems! Can’t even have a hub 4 it’s ridiculous!
