    @LobbyNoNumbers We pay about £66 per month with @virginmedia for the basic tv,broadband and phone that we never use. Probably the worst customer service around. They promised to upgrade the set top box 2 years ago and we're still waiting.

    @virginmedia my hub literally doesn’t work in any room other than the one that it’s in, the front room gets 200mb and as soon as i go into the living room or any other room it drops to 20mb. i even got a wifi pod to put in the living room and that solved the issue for a while
