    @virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

    @virginmedia Tried Virgin Community. Virgin rep encouraged me to take up tech package at a price. After spending 6hrs yesterday and 2hrs the day before, I am still in the same situation! This not a good service with your so-called experts!!!

    @bluebirdchapo @WezTucker @virginmedia Don’t try Bt worst in the world for internet I’ve had it twice when I moved. Internet wouldn’t pull your hat off absolute shite they actually gave me compensation. plus all these newish companies offering great deals are shite as they all use Bt lines.

    @virginmedia 1st world problems… but even still, paying a considerable amount of money for a service that isn’t available is unfair. Plus the crux of the contract is I pay you for internet and tv services, in turn you provide them. Your infrastructure problems aren’t my problem.

    @virginmedia Well, obviously, I rang 150 as that is your customer service number. But, every option would not let me through to a human being. The broadband drops at inconvenient times and doesn't work effectively in all rooms (in a small flat) and yes the hub is exposed and not surrounded.
