People having a total fit on SM regarding the @virginmedia outage. I get it. It’s a little inconvenient but stop acting like it’s the end of the world and ffs stop phoning them. It’s happening to everyone and I’m sure they are doing everything they can to fix it.

@virginmedia our internet is off and on constantly, its beyond a joke, an engineer was out last week fixing the neighbours for the exact same reason, said there was a problem in the cabinet, theirs is fixed now ours is unstable, probably just swapped the cables, get it sorted now

@virginmedia I’m having WiFi issues in the KA12 postcode in Scotland , all tests ran on your app say there is no issue , but when I do diagnostics through the router page online it says there are WiFi problems , none of our mobiles or laptops will do anything online

@virginmedia please sort out your broadband. Despite speed test showing great speeds of 200mbs download and 21 mbs upload I've been having connection issues for the past couple of weeks. Very difficult to watch Netflix etc due to buffering. Have reset router to no avail 😠

@virginmedia my contract ran out today, after a talk with the retentions guy I am now a customer for another (hopefully happy) 12 months. My bill may have raised £1 p/m, but for a provider who gives me 1TB of data use p/m without speed shaping, I’m VERY happy! 😊

@virginmedia Virgin’s crap. Even when I spoke to someone having said I’m leaving you after one day, I was told I’d be sent a return envelope for your hub and you didn’t even send me that! I went to an O2 store and dumped it on their counter.
