What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

@virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@virginmedia So engineer came and replaced the device connected to the router as that was faulty. Then the network goes down in Area14 - comes back yesterday and now I have the same problem I had before. New Router needed now I think.

They sell us a service, take the money & do not provide the service. Daily updates giving a date and time of resolution. Still not happened 10 days on

@virginmedia Each and every time and ignored with what's happening the broadband shouldn't be flicking on and off every few weeks and turning itself off at 1am every single day and I sure as **** shouldn't be getting 72mbps (33 realistic) download speed I should be getting the 208 I payed for

@virginmedia I have also just been told my partner used the app with no success and during a live chat on the app the operator sent a broken link to follow and the chat failed after 15 minutes of back and forth. So not exactly what I would call reliable service on that.

@virginmedia Hi! We’ve been told over the phone that there isn’t an estimated fix date for the outage, and that there’s nothing that can be done as the issue has been ongoing since august. Sadly, we were not told about any of this when signing our contract with you in November!
