    @virginmedia I appreciate your response but I did get through to an agent and the response I got was quite frankly appalling. The only thing that link says is there is a problem with using the app. This is a problem that has now been going on for weeks

    @tanyabyrne @virginmedia Exactly this. I completely accept that emergency work cannot be helped and has to be done as soon as required, but scheduled improvement work should be different. It's not okay to just cut people off without notice and then make out it's an outage.

    @virginmedia Called customer service line & the message says virgin is doing improvement works in my area. I accept that if its emergency works there is nothing that can be done. The reason I am cross is if you have scheduled improvement work to do, you should tell people about it before!

    @virginmedia hi I’ve got to say I’m extremely disappointed by your customer service with upgrading my phone I called to upgrade on Monday and everything got though to including credit checks and the reply was sorry we’ve got to do back off checks and I’ve still heard nothing back

    Is your Virgin TV Go app ever going to work again @virginmedia been down for a wk now. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it, constantly told my p/word is wrong (it’s not) I reset it anyway, then get an error message that the p/word reset page is broken. Mmm just as I get a price rise

    @virginmedia Int is slow & after doing a speed check on Ofcom & Which last night, I get a suspicious call this am from 🇮🇳 ? They told me I was having trouble with Int, I was asked to open an App, @ that point I hung up, not that I could make out what the were saying🙄Was this official VM?

    @virginmedia Hey, how do I use live chat on your website? Whenever I click, it goes to a page I need to sign in to, I sign in and it takes me back to my original page... it's never ending and won't show me how to live chat. Cheers.

    @virginmedia I changed both WIFI and the settings passwords to the same password, and has always worked fine until now when i wanted to restart my router due to my internet acting slow. I've just tried the default password from the Hub and it say's that is incorrect which i knew as i changed.

    @virginmedia Moving house w/ student contract, but been hung up on by VM support four times! Repeatedly told the incorrect student contract end-date on phone/online, despite being emailed by manager months ago with correct one. Terrible service, taking advantage of students!

    @virginmedia I’ve called Virgin about my Int playing up, promised a Txt on how to fix it, but one hasn’t arrived. Please fix it from your end. I pay for high speed. If it’s not fixed I’ll take my custom to BT & my TV & Phone to Sky. It’s even slow in early hours when everyone else is asleep
