    @virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

    @virginmedia This so called frontline customer service was absolutely shoddy. We both couldn’t understand how 3 weeks after we ordered the services and that the external was already done they finally realised that they couldn’t connect us.We heard nothing from virgin #virginmedia

    What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

    @PyrionFlax @virginmedia Swap to BT if you can. So many people I know myself included have dealt with terrible service for months over "work going on in the local area" And yet no such work seems to impact or exist for other providers. The turnaround time by BT when you sign up too is amazing.

    @PyrionFlax @virginmedia We had no end of issues with Virgin, ended up switching to BT's ultrafast fibre for less a month with 5x faster speeds. Best part: not a single outage since swapping.

    @virginmedia I keep giving details & still nothing is fixed, Spoke to 2nd line support today about ticket raised 3 weeks ago and they say they see I can't access emails - NOT the problem I have been at pains to explain at length. Absolutley useless. Issue has been around for at least a month!
