Never did they mention needing access on Monday, and I was home all day and no one rang bell!!

However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

I assume they get more from advertising money when people are forced to watch adverts on their streaming boxes. Fine, I understand that. They just sent me a new 360 box as they said mine wasn't recording properly yet I had no problems with it, they have ripped me off since I changed the account into my name from my late partners, no difference just a name change ive now been forced into a new contract.
