    @virginmedia It just came off my bill but I rang and expressed that it should have been more and they would look into it but I’ve not had a response. You’re going to fob me off with intermittent service but perhaps you should have sent someone round to check but then you’d have to pay out l!

    @virginmedia terrible, unproffesional service! Spoke to 3 different people nobody dealing with our request. Wifi delayed by 2 weeks, refused to be passed to manager TWICE & lied too then to be told we have no order! No sense of professionalism/customer service. Never use them!

    @virginmedia It’s day six without service. I have been speaking to your call centres who simply tell me what they see on their screens. These are the same messages that I’m getting via text. When I call 150 each day I get the same message saying normal service should resume by 4pm.

    @virginmedia The £5 was given as a result of my complaint. I don’t know why you kept harping on about intermittent service. I had NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER FOR 1 WHOLE WEEK!! Nothing, not a bean, no tv, no internet, so please stop saying intermittent service!!

    @virginmedia It might be worth putting out a tweet to tell everyone that scammers are currently trying and that you will never DM, because I totally fell for it before they asked the card deets, and I'm internet savvy. Someone else will get screwed because of that.

    Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

    @virginmedia I’m sorry but that’s goal post moving. I’m not accepting that as a valid response. If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.

    @virginmedia I’ve raised 2 complaints and had £5 as a goodwill gesture which is quite frankly insulting. The ofcom regulations states £8 per day for every working day after 48 hours of no service. By my calculations I should of had £24 off my bill. Fri to tues is 48 working hrs then tues-fri

    @SimonMiller316 @virginmedia 100% feel your pain my good sir, I cancelled my Virgin a few years ago after getting tired of their customer service and it was a bloody nightmare of a process. Have to say, for what it’s worth for any future reference - Sky’s service, by comparison, has been fantastic.

If as expected Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael lose more seats both parties are going into opposition . It will be a unstable government however Mary Lue and her mouths deserve one spin of how to govern .

    @virginmedia This went on for nearly 4hrs yesterday!!!! Absolutely ridiculous - one single person asked me half a dozen times why I wanted to cancel the service. I have all the messages to send to the national papers and your independent reviewing body! It would need to be nearer 3pm
