Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

Forgotten my password and when given a link to change the password it refuses to allow me to confirm password in 2nd box. It simply won't progress past the 'new password' box. I have no idea why.
