Got this in email from @virginmedia / O2, "Each year your Airtime Plan will be increased by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%." No problem with RPI increase, whats the 3.9% for? #robbery

@virginmedia I have never experienced such shocking service on the telephone for 150 mins still not resolved. I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

@virginmedia getting really fed up with your service. Too many times I get message about can't connect to hub or some other connection problem. Cant even watch recordings as its on unit in living room. Bloody annoying for what you charge.

@virginmedia your broadband service is woeful. Every single day for months it goes off. Stuck in a contract that does not provide the service we pay for. All we are told there is an issue in our area. You won’t have any customers here soon.

@virginmedia - 3hrs on the phone today to several of your "Managers, Collections, and Tier 1 and 2 staff" No further forward, due to unprofessional calls, rudeness, and staff with a sloppy shoulder approach with no solution, no acceptance of error. Shocking customer service.

@virginmedia Sorry - not going down that hole again. It is a continuing issue with certain channels when the weather is hot. This is clearly “at your end”. Repeated pointless “diagnostics” of my equipment reveal nothing (but your ineptitude). Life is easier not thinking about how crap VM are.

@virginmedia Yes. The upshot was it’s in the contract so tough… however what’s interesting, service WITH landline is £45 ish, WITHOUT landline is over £70 🤔Not sure of your tariffs… but hey, it’s not forever #excustomer

@virginmedia - weather has warmed up so, predictably, “lesser” channels on VM are pixillating badly (including Sky Sports Cricket HD - working fine in non-HD) I post this in frustration and anger but zero expectation that VM will do anything - they never do.
