Joined a virtual queue of around 12,000 that took half hour and although would like to have been lower down at the gig, I can’t have many complaints. #peterkay

You have cut off a vulnerable pensioner twice in the past 72 hours for reasons of your own error, leaving her with no means of communication whilst apparently being unable to fix the issue for 24 hours.
