    @virginmedia I’ve done all that and it always says “no issues” but often when you get through on the phone you’re told there are and engineers are working on it. I’m just fed up of having to go through all the tests and restarts every time I want to record something or watch catch-up tv

    @virginmedia @AlanC_44 I had an issue. Reduced my package in april to £120, You are now charging £214 per month. Phoned up. "Sorry about that, someone will call back in 48hrs" That was 620 hours ago.

    Time to go to @ofcom regarding @virginmedia . Got a deal then they put a price increase in. This never happened before when agreeing a price for a contract term. I will escalate this.

    Been having issues with @virginmedia where the internet drops several times during the day. 9nly get told to do a reset/factory reset of the hub but the issue continues to persist. Not helpful when working from home.

    @vmbusiness how do you escalate a complaint in virgin?Neither my order manager nor customer reps can seem to arrange a simple number forward so my business phone lines connect. Neither can they get my broadband working 7 days after the original installation daye

    @virginmedia I’m paying for 200mbps and sometimes I achieve that, like now, but I still can’t watch @BBCiPlayer without constant buffering. This “local” issue was supposed to be sorted. Seriously considering other options to watch @BBCMOTD

    @virginmedia Shows no faults and says everything is fine despite having to use 4g at the time to even run the test. There was an engineer out a couple of months back who done a factory reset but was only a temporary fix. Internet goes down several times a day whilst connected to hub.

    @jimcaris @kit_chrisr @BellRibeiroAddy That's simply not true that Openreach have no competition. Their main competitor is Virgin Media, whose network passes over half of all UK premises. CityFibre and various others are building at pace. 4G and 5G compete with fixed line.
