    @virginmedia I called 150’to complain got passed around as always they told me@I’d have to reschedule and I refused as it was no fault of mine , after an hour on hold I asked for customer complaints and was put through , the lady was dealing with my issue and I was put on hold again

    Once again let down by @virginmedia waited in for engineer to come fix V6 box again , only to have a card pushed through door saying I wasn’t home , absolutely fuming 😤 better get this sorted

    @The_Crust @virginmedia I had that pain for several years. Moved house & got a new, shiny hub. I don’t even know what the two different bands are any more. Never see them pop up. For ages VMBB told me that my hub was up to date. Not.

    @virginmedia Had yet another fault with V6 box , called helpline , promised an engineer today between 12-4pm I’ve waited in from 9:30 am never left the house , a card was pushed through from engineer saying he’d missed me , he didn’t knock or ring the bell , fuming is an understatement

    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @virginmedia been on the line to customer service. After being passed around departments and waiting for 1 hour 25 minutes, the line call just cut out. I desperately need to get through to discuss my package. Please help!
