    @virginmedia Rebooted my phone earlier, no effect. Not actually had to call or text anyone today, but my signal icon has said 'Emergency Calls Only' all day. I'll definitely check that signal strength link though, thanks.

    @Classicbritcom @virginmedia Yep. It's known in the trade as cancellation avoidance. Cancelling / removing products from your service goes against the advisor, so they do everything to avoid it. Send email / chat saying you refuse to pay from the current date, they will do it quick enough

    @virginmedia the company that’s only looks after new customers, not long serving ones. Me: paying £34 for vivid100. New customers £29 or £34 for vivid200. VM customer services, well you can have vivid200 for only £54. 😳🤬

    @virginmedia Nothing has happened today, I'm just commenting on your offer to give all broadband customers free mobile 4g when your broadband goes down. Whenever my broadband had gone down, so has my cellular connection also.

    @virginmedia ....I just want to cancel Premier Sports. The guy who answered after 30 mins was polite but your system crashed twice. Not sure it's been cancelled and don't have another spare 30 mins to call again

    @TrainedPengling @virginmedia The problem I have with this, is that whenever their broadband has gone down, so had my mobile with them at same time. Like when it all went down nationwide earlier this month. Having free 4g when you actually can't connect is kinda pointless lol

    @virginmedia so how is it that my poor wifi signal has got worse since an engineer came round and replaced telewest fittings in the street and inside my house. I pay more money for a poorer service and then get told I can pay extra for boosters. When does my contract end!?!?!?

    @virginmedia Yes and yes, however using my virgin media remote doesn't give me the option to change volume nor turn off/on, it never has. What do you mean by reset the cabling? No settings were changed, it just stopped working

    @virginmedia As ever your SMS service is utterly useless; go through the initial bot, wait a bit for a human, get passed to your abysmal triage bot which luckily asks if I'd like to carry on waiting for a human, THEN IT IMMEDIATELY PUTS ME BACK TO THE TRIAGE BOT! Why? So stupid.

    @virginmedia Hi, apon speaking to another person on the phone today, they have told me that you are incorrect and I will not be entitled to ANY compensation as it is technically not a complete outage, despite being 1% of the speed I’m paying for and putting me out of work

    @virginmedia Yes - there are issues in the SW18 area and the WiFi is expected to be back and running by 12:20am tomorrow. That means I can’t work until then (realistically until tomorrow) and I have a court hearing tomorrow morning....
