    Virgin media, tried all day to call and the line is constantly not available, terrible service , make a complaint on line and they say it will take up to 28 days to respond , who gets away with treating customers like that , unbelievable

    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    @2wheels2dex @virginmedia No, as in the internet cuts off a lot. The reason I think it’s a MacBook problem is I’ve sat with both a laptop and a MacBook on zoom simultaneously, one has cut out repeatedly whilst the other’s been fine. Every MacBook (three) in the house has had the same problem.

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

    @brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK I get them from time to time. They claim to be from @virginmedia offering upgrades to the latest iPhone or Samsung. Never managed to pinpoint them to an actual address as they're using a fake UK landline but have Indian or East Asian accents

    @virginmedia Might be a coincidence that the day after someone claiming to be from @virginmedia I have no internet. I wouldn’t give my personal details to the person on the phone and when I call on 20.12.22, I’m told I won’t have any broadband for 9 days. Customer service was not helpful

    Hello @VirginMediaIE I'm inside in my elderly neighbors house because they have no sound coming from there TV for Virgin media. The DVD player sound is working fine so I presume it's a problem with the virgin media box. They are panicking that they will have no TV for Xmas.

    Once again. I lose another day of internet service with @virginmedia And they status page is unable to tell me why... But you call them and all they say is that the problem is with my equipment. Bollocks. The worse internet provider i ever had. Avoid at al costs...
