-
Liz Loly (@LizzyLoly) reported from Borough of Torbay, England
@virginmedia I have been trying to get hold of someone to establish why I cannot login to my account online and why I have been overcharged. Despite being told several times that someone would get back to me in 24 hours it never seems to happen. Please advise how I can reach you.
-
Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England
@laurahiggins_ @virginmedia Honestly, I know it’s a first world problem, but if the taps didn’t provide water when you turned them on there would be outrage. With broadband it just seems all the companies in #Exeter get away with it. We tried BT before and they were #pants

Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England
@virginmedia As per many comments in this thread I have suffered at the hands of terrible VM customer service. Employees don’t seem to have the tools to do a decent job. So many pillars & posts to be passed between. VM ok when it works but if you need help...

-
Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England
@virginmedia My partner spoke to your customer service team today without much resolution. Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.
-
Julie Galt (@JulieGalt) reported from Exeter District, England

Remy Zaouche (@Remy_Zaouche) reported
@virginmedia Why on earth do I need to speak to someone in Mauritius for an internet service in the UK? The same thing brought the downfall of NatWest more than 10 years ago! I upgraded on Jan 11th and I was sent a new contract and no one seems to be aware of it?
-
Wal (@CallMeWal) reported
@virginmedia No because according to your systems there was no fault, even though total failure always means an area fault. Surprise surprise now there is an area fault showing with a 9+ hour fix time. Surely not job of customer to tell your staff how things work
-
Craig Biddick (@BiddickCraig) reported
@O2 @virginmedia @TheO2 Hopefully you get prioritised when they agree to set up your new Broadband and you don't have to wait 13 days so your can work from home and your children can prepare for exams. And they don't even try and fix it..
-
Monkenstien. (@3_monk) reported
@virginmedia I was yes and he did try admirably for 45mins yet in the end the only option was to cancel as the offers you have for existing customers really aren't competative, not even close.
-
Peter Donaldson (@peterdonaldson8) reported
@virginmedia @virginmedia Tried both of those last weekend, but your colleague wasn’t able to help because she wasn’t able to run a speed test her end, hence me taking to Twitter. What you going to do about it?
-
Grumpy Commuter (@GrumpyCommuter6) reported
@virginmedia Hi. Its going wonky again. But the service checker is now saying it could be the hub 5. And the problems only really started when going from hub 3 to hub 5. Is it possible to get a replacement?

Amanda Swingler (@swingler_amanda) reported
@virginmedia why do your 'customer service' advisors grovel?Just give me the info I need!Asked to cancel and because one of the reasons I gave is your broadband is unrealiable she wants me to report it to the faults dept to ensure I'm getting the best service before I cancel?!
-
Andrew Minsky ACA (@andrewminsky) reported
@virginmedia Ok. I would expect response much quicker….otherwise engineer slots go…when can I cancel?
