@virginmedia Yes I called 150 it said my area was down until 3pm. I appreciate it’s not you personally who is at fault but doing such work when everyone is restarting after the New Year and giving us no warning is really poor.

I’ve not been well, Kieran’s been off school = the dishwasher hasn’t been filled. Virgin Media is down = no TV, internet and it appears Kieran’s mobile = whinging spoilt kids. 1st world, non infected household problems!

@pixelscol @virginmedia I had that issue years ago before I moved to Hull. But I love @KCOMhome for that reason. You pay for what you get. In fact I pay for 400mb down and average about 430mb!

@virginmedia my virgin TV keeps locking up, I have V6 box, picture stops, have to shutdown and restart, other times having to totally power down! Any suggestions, website says TV service ok but sadly not completely believing that! Oh spent 45 mins one night last week on helpline

@virginmedia Nope. 57 minutes on a call with ‘first line support’ then passed to ‘second line’ call was cancelled by virgin side. Called back. 39 minutes in a call going through the same as the previous call. Put in second line queue. No answer after an hour and 27 minutes waiting

@virginmedia Even now, our router is rebooting itself every 20/30 minutes. This is shocking. And to think, I was actually thinking about upgrading to the 1gig service. Not a chance now. You just want the money and have no desire to resolve the issue. All we get told to do....
