@virginmedia Internet keeps disconnecting. Called, useless as always. Intermittent issues or connectivity issues. Just send an engineer to check, why wait for another 24h when this is an ongoing issue. I've even reset the hub, still same issues.

@virginmedia Thank you - when I run the TV check it says there is an issue. Guess we just need to sit it out. Sadly we appear to be the only ones in the area with an issue (have asked around)

@virginmedia And yes I called to your outage number, apparently there is no known issue in the area. Even though last night at 11.30pm in the app the status check showed every service is down, even though they weren't down last night. This happens only during working hours.

@virginmedia I’ve received my 3rd email today saying you’re gonna charge me £40 for not returning ‘my kit’. There have been no driver’s attempting this collection. I have Ring doorbell to prove no attempts have been made! You guys can’t even get THIS right! Terrible company!!
