I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

@JiriKPinnock @virginmedia After phoning 150 for the sscond time, the second customer service rep admitted the number is likely to be spoofed. There are thousands of complaints about this number online so it's incredible @virginmedia are confirming it as 100% legit on Twitter.

@virginmedia @kodomaru1990 I called 150 today and was told that the number is being spoofed, and that if they asked for details like address and postcode it was a scam. Customer Support advised me to call the non-emergency police line. It sounds like you shouldn't be telling people it's definitely legit.
