    @virginmedia connection is down, your diagnostics state there's a problem and helped me book an engineer but earliest appointment isn't until Tuesday? Seriously? No home phone line for 4/5 days isn't good.

    @VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

    @virginmedia 6 nights in a row, WiFi dropped off completely, 6 nights in a row no one responded on messaging service and now 1.05hrs waiting to speak to someone! Definitely cancelling our package when/if we get thru

    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    @virginmedia Engineer has been and credit where its due, nice fellow who knew his stuff. Router has now been swapped out for a hub 4. Will see how this goes. Will still be making contact regarding the loss of service and all the other issues. Fingers crossed.

    I know @virginmedia get a lot of flack. However, would like to praise the team. Our services went down Tuesday night. Called them Wednesday and today they sent out an engineer. He spent a lot of time and figured it was connection between the box and our house.

    @virginmedia We can receive incoming calls from other Virgin Media phones (neighbour) but not from mobiles or non-Virgin customers. It looks like a line problem.

    @virginmedia All day, for three days now, when trying to get through to Sales on 1908 - a notice has been given of a 60 min+ wait. Disgusting way to treat customers. I need to talk to someone and it is proving impossible to do so. Maybe we should all switch to a diff provider??

    @virginmedia I need a number for your complaints department, you’ve changed my direct debit without my full authorisation, you raised a complaint and said you’d be in touch within 72 hours in which you closed the same complaint without talking to me, I am furious with this service, failure!
