    @virginmedia There isn’t any reported problems in my area but mine is very ‘hit and miss’ at the moment. I’ll go for periods where nothing will upload/download at all

    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    @virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

    Hey @virginmedia - your cable installation process is appalling. 6 weeks, 6 engineer visits, literally zero progress made beyond establishing that Kier are useless, and all teams must return again because the first didn’t complete their job on their 3 attempts. Can i cancel?

    @Laura_Rads @RobertOrdever @virginmedia No they are advertised as on red button on channel 503 but it's not working. Barnsley and sheff utd had the same issue earlier and rather than fix it they just editied the show info so it didn't say it was on the red button anymore.
