    I’ve recently switched from @virginmedia to @skytv and it has to be the WORST decision ever. So many connectivity problems, dropping network on the Q Mini boxes all the time. Absolute ****!

    @virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

    @virginmedia You need to sort out your phone help also. 3 minutes of listening to posh before you get to pick anything. Keeps putting you back on menu. If you speak to anybody they speak broken English with an Indian twang. They don't listen tell you to reset. Call wait is over an hour......

    @virginmedia The shouting and swearing is ridiculous never mind the noise from the actual work. Same team where here last month and cut through the streets open reach cables leaving us all with no internet for days! They are laying new wires I believe.
