    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia contacted your 150 number and asked to use the text service which I did . Unfortunately they asked to contact oomph team on 150 . Unable to get through on 150 to speak to an advised as just a message telling me to use text service help please

    @virginmedia you're customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Over 2 hours in messages support I've waiting with no response other than being told 1 hour ago, my issue would be responded to in 10 minutes.

    @virginmedia I’ve sent over 100 messages, unfortunately this is the level of service you are providing. I’ve checked the loss of service and it says it’s all up and running fine! Please don’t expect me to pay you for a service you can’t provide. I will be cancelling my direct debit with yous.

    @virginmedia - absolute joke, cancelled plan to end on 30th nov, sent equipment back on 16th nov. Told I HAD to pay final bill for December, which they then said they would refund. Now gotta wait upto 45 days for my money back!!!! Worst service ever🤡🤡🤡

    @virginmedia OK, I'm at the end of my patience. I cannot get anyone from virgin media to contact me and I do not want to communicate with a bot again. Is there any way to speak to a human being. If not How can I cancel?

    @virginmedia After the engineer failed to come between the allocated time and date after waiting in from 1pm-6pm. I was then told that the engineer had come at 8am the next morning unannounced, while nobody was in to fix our wires outside. Wires fixed outside but WiFi still not working.

    If you receive a call like this and you are unsure about it then please hang up and call Virgin Media to check. Unfortunately there are unscrupulous con artists trying to take advantage of people during these difficult times and close to Christmas.
