1. Fuming @virginmedia . Disgusting customer service today when my husband called to report a fault. Our disabled son has no access to his virgin box for watching Netflix. Asked for an engineer. “We don’t do that you will have to pay”.

Filled in customer complaint form and advised at 3:00pm we would get a call-back. It’s now 21:00 and still waiting. Never ever experienced such appalling customer service. If you are interested @virginmedia we have agents name.

@virginmedia The work has been completed within 2 hours, which is commendable. Have checked my postcode and sadly you don’t offer a service here, even though it’s only about 20 feet from where they have just been working.

@virginmedia I've just filled I the feedback form with a zero. No one called back and it is now 4 hours since the call. Our Internet (wifi) is working after being without all day & on and off over previous 24 hours. Just awful service. Truly our worst experience ever!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response, also @virginmedia response was that it was down to your broadcast. I guess nobody will take responsibility. The red button picture quality was poor. I don’t expect UHD only a clear picture. Irrespective of who’s fault as a customer this isn’t acceptable

@AtticusAlpha @virginmedia We have now been on hold for over 60 mins in total with @virginmedia ......all i can say is Wow!!! Maybe a re think needed after this on who we use as our imternet provider!! Iv no words that can actualy comment....apart from ermmm shit!! Oh and we have hung up!!

Canceling virgin is a complete **** show (probably on purpose) and after it (although the service virgin provided was always good) I'll never go back or recommend them.
