Hi @virginmedia morning to 3pm is not a "short time" with no internet connection for works to "improve the service" with no notice when loads of us are working at home. Also if you're admitting there's a service disruption on the phone maybe don't lie about it on the status page.

@virginmedia For starters consistent updates. A page saying engineer on the way, that you know what the problem is stuck on the status for 14 and a half hours is not good. Then getting contradictory information from you isn’t helping either. No problem will cut and paste everything and send

@virginmedia On Monday I was told it was my hub. Then a few minutes later told it was outage. Apparently that was fixed. Then this morning seems it wasn’t. And cannot be fixed before Tuesday or Friday ?
