@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠
