    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

    6th phone call to @virginmedia absolutely useless getting things done! Being kept on the phone for up to 45mins for them to tell me everytime it's sorted! And never is! Be more than happy to disconnect after this 😠

    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    @virginmedia Where do you warn customers of a planned outage? You don’t warn anybody and that’s especially important where customers have to work from home. That’s rubbish, and disrespectful……and much in keeping with VM’s service.

    @virginmedia Absolute joke! Moved into new house 27/8. Install pushed back to 6/10! No Internet, TV or Phone. External engineers have been twice now, they make some noise and sit smoking in their van. Awful cust. service on phone, either lies, or regurgitated sympathy. FIX IT!

    @virginmedia do something about any of these issues, it's getting so draining dealing with this. How can nobody be in office due to covid? Literally every company is back to working now. £80 a month for internet that doesn't work is ridiculous. I'd love to talk to a person and not a auto msg
