@virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

@virginmedia Hi, can I send you a private message with my postcode/area and get you to escalate this issue, the issue is packet loss on the area and although the ticket says engineers are working on it, it has been 4 days without an update. Between 0.5 to 25% packet loss on uploads.

Given the poor customer “service” I’m pretty much certain to leave as they still haven’t got back to me with the “amazing offer to retain” my business. Broadband and 4 mobiles walking away.

@virginmedia Disgraceful customer service!!! When calling it is an Indian call centre which is incredibly loud and difficult to understand!! I shall be cancelling my contract with you especially as you are increasing it by £17 per month and no phone service!!!!

@Haggisman04 Hi, if you’re looking to cancel both your Virgin Media cable and O2 sim, you'd need to please call Virgin Media customer services. They’ll let you know about any applicable early termination fees and cancel the cable first. Once done, they’ll transfer to O2 for the sim.
