    @virginmedia I received it back in May/June time, I already logged a complaint with the person who promised me they had sort it because of your absolutely abysmal customer service and still nearly another month later, moving into October I still have not received my refund! Coming into 6 mths

    Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I never received a final bill on paper, only paperless but because it's been so long now, none of that information is on my account anymore when I log in! I've looked now & it's giving me no info. Can u please DM me so I can send my customer number & u can looking into this plz!

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, Iโ€™ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

    @coxy1976 @virginmedia Unfortunately itโ€™s the same for all broadband providers hiking prices. And to be honest apart from the price rises Iโ€™ve not had any major issues with them. But enough is enough now.

    @virginmedia customer service is an absolute disgrace, Iโ€™ve spent the past five days trying to get in touch to someone on the phone as well as chat. After hours of waiting always get the same message that theyโ€™re closed for the day! Never experienced worst service!

    Well since my internet is out for 9 WHOLE HOURS today with no warning for "planned maintenance" I finally phoned @virginmedia and put a cancel on my internet as I look for better and cheaper options. Virgin wanted me to pay a third more than they're offering other customers 1/4

    offer the same as other customers were getting, even the same as people who went through cancellations. This was after 2 weeks of not being able to get through to cancellations. Unstable Internet, insulting cancellations team. Goodbye @virginmedia 3/4

    @runningmiker @virginmedia Thatโ€™s the bit that irks me the most, they earn good money from customers getting the service they are paying for, these companies donโ€™t need to fleece those that canโ€™t access parts of network etc. sky the same, been charging us in contract for broadband speeds we canโ€™t get ๐Ÿคฏ

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve just been told that following extensive outages to your service in 2021 which stopped me working from home, & being told that Iโ€™ll get a refund, the total amount you will give me is ยฃ9. What a joke! And youโ€™ve increased everyoneโ€™s bills!!!

    @virginmedia my internet keeps dropping in the bl7 area of Bolton. My hub has been checked and is fully connected. A message indicating the problem in my area will be resolved in 24 hours if not call back, is not helpful when you work from home and need internet connection
